My husband and I come here often for a late night meal and park curbside. We’ve probably been here ever 50 times in the last year and we’ve had not a SINGLE problem with order or wait time! The staff is so nice and always gets our order right and always brings it out super quick with a smile! I’ve had better service here than many upscale restaurants!

This might’ve been the worst McDonald’s trip of my life. I don’t know what kind of chaos was happening behind the counter, but it definitely made its way into my order.
Let’s start with the basics:
They messed up almost everything. My fries were cold, limp, and tasted like they’d been sitting in a corner since breakfast. My drink was supposed to be no ice — they filled it with ice anyway, and somehow the lemonade was still warm AND had so much pulp it felt like I was drinking it straight from the tree. Also, no straw. So I got to enjoy sipping it like soup from a cup. Delightful.
They handed me a sundae that looked like a crime scene — caramel was everywhere except the sundae. It got all over my hand, my receipt, and worst of all, my car. Thanks for the sticky surprise.
Now onto the nuggets… I ordered a 10-piece, but only got 9. The ones I did get? Scorching hot. Like lava rocks in a box. No warning, no time to cool, just pain. And to top it off — they gave me the wrong sauces.
This whole meal was one long string of disappointment. The only thing they nailed was making me never want to come back. The lemonade was completely unenjoyed. A tragedy in a cup.

Placed a mobile order. Was told to park in spot 3 and they would bring it to me. I waited for over 10 minutes. Some guy tried to hand me an order that wasn’t mine. He went back in and my food never came. I called the store from my car and they said they gave my order to someone else by accident and had switched the grill so they couldn’t make my order. They couldn’t refund it because I used the app. They said I could come in for a cash return but my lunch break was over and I had to get back to work. They literally just left me sitting out there knowing they weren’t bringing me food. Idk how long it would have been if I hadn’t called.cant even file a complaint because I don’t have a receipt.

I pulled up at about 230 am on my lunch break, I get the message about the app and then dead silence. When I asked hello still nothing after sitting for a few solid minutes, literally not a single word. Fire everyone on that shift they are completely worthless

How you going to have a very small little person as in a very young person work your drive through be extremely rude and then also how are you going to have somebody come through and do a $40 order on nuggets and give them zero sauce

The worst drive through in the whole United States. They have the quasi 2 lane drive through. The people who tend to the cars, will just answer the one side and let the other lane just sit there with no service. On top of that, they do the whole pull over so they still achieve the time by corporate. The night crew might as well be here to watch tik Tok videos. They are also very rude and try to keep your receipts so they get bonus points on the app for themselves. Perhaps, the worst McDonald’s nationwide. I usually drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the corporate one in Kettering. If they could all be like that one. That would be awesome. This is a miserable excuse for a restaurant.

It has seriously gone down hill over the past few months! I’m going to a different location from now on. Every order has either had plastic silverware in my food, or something completely different from what I ordered! And they have stopped giving receipts, even when asked they rolled their eyes and pull it out of the trash- so our surveys aren’t even doing anything!!!
