The young lady tonight around 9 or so maybe a little after was extremely rude and unprofessional while I was paying for my food I overheard and overly loud young lady speaking unprofessionally and arguing with another employee completely disregarding our food and order, the you g lady is kind of brown skin with a puffy ponytail and red bows she was just getting there and yelling and screaming at another young lady saying she is supposed to leave, I felt it was extremely unprofessional in front of customers to completely leave us sitting while they are arguing. The business that carries on at this location is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t want to patron a company that is full of drama and completely ignores the customers

Made a mobile order pulled up to window they couldn’t find it they told me to pull in to space 5 I spent 30 minutes waiting I got fed up called 3xs no one answered I had to pull into line again and wait another 13 minutes just to speak to someone at the window they apologized and sent me back to spot 5 its been another 17 minutes and im still here waiting I dont get how hard it is to make a 20 piece meal 2 double cheese burgers fries and cookie tote at this point I’ve been here for over an hour waiting for an order thay im sure they aren’t even making this is ridiculous and not the first time I’ve always been kind and courteous but whrn I see endless amounts of vehicles pull up get their food and im still here waiting it pisses me off bet I won’t even be offered anything as a genture of sincerity

The fact that I ordered my sandwich a certain way no American cheese, only ketchup and onions… However I got everything on the double quarter pounder pickles, mustard, cheese, ketchup, onion it… I even had it on my receipt only ketchup and onions no cheese and it still was wrong beyond frustrated honestly to have to even go back up there the sandwich did get eaten because it was already late and I didn’t want go back to have them even acknowledged they messed up… It’s mind blowing McDonald’s is a multi million dollar company however our food is never correct, everything is either broke, they don’t have it or they closed earlier then usual…. At some point you would think things would be change…

This morning when I went to McDonald’s after everything I’d say I’d get the response “is that all” after EVERY WORD then my order WAS STILL WRONG then when me and my friend got to the window girl was being smart because she heard that we was mad and went the extra mile to say Thanks have a wonderful day with a smart ass tone and look like my friend didn’t even finish getting what all we wanted because of her we just went to Burger King then he came back at ten for two large cokes and a DIET coke and got three large cokes no diet so I came back and the girl at first window was amazing and nice she works 8pm to 4am and got my order correct. Just take your time don’t rush people because it isn’t going to help

McDonald’s delivers exactly what you’d expect — no more, no less. The Big Mac arrived with lukewarm lettuce and a bun that had clearly seen better days. Fries were the highlight, crispy enough when fresh, though they lose their appeal within minutes of cooling.
The Quarter Pounder was standard fare: a thin patty that manages to be both dry and greasy simultaneously. Service was efficient, if impersonal, with staff going through the motions of fast-food hospitality.
What really detracts from the experience is the surrounding area. The restaurant sits amid a collection of run-down storefronts, litter-strewn sidewalks, and neglected buildings that haven’t seen maintenance in years. It’s hard to work up an appetite.
McDonald’s remains the reliable mediocrity we’ve come to know — filling a basic need without inspiring much enthusiasm. In a neighborhood that clearly deserves better, this location feels like another missed opportunity for improvement.
Although the staff is trying their best and in most cases exceeding expectations, the results of the few outweigh the many.

Employees take too long to take orders at the front if they’re able to take orders at the front dining room is closed from 3 to 5:00 p.m. everyday due to the hoodlums at the high school terrible management needs new management big time
