Terrible service, was left waiting for 30 minutes to be helped inside and pay for my order after I ordered on the kiosk, mean while someone walks in for an interview 10 mins after I ordered and was offered a free burger while he waited and it came out in 2 minutes, my family ended up leaving after placing our order and not being helped at all.
Definitely do not go inside and order.

Worst McDonald’s IN DAYTON!! Employees openly discuss NOT doing their job!! Pink Haired lady Manager is Rude and doesn’t know anything about running a McDonald’s, Is rude and has attitude with customers because her employees cant fill simple orders on time. Do Not Order Doordash or Uber from here! here! Constantly Wrong and cold. Needs new Entire Management Staff. Entire new employee roster. That might fix it.

They mess up my order 99.3% of the time and it really sucks to be the person that waits for no cheese and gets a sloppily made sandwich with cheese every time I order. I am lactose intolerant and always order no cheese. My tickets always say no cheese. Vote yes for all school district levees so the babies can read when it says no cheese.

This place does not acknowledge you are in the lobby. After getting my food, several times I have had items missing and incorrect.
ALWAYS check your bag before leaving here. Most of the workers cannot count to 4 and seem to leave an item or two out.
A meal is a burger, fries and drink, most times I have to go back and get my fries. They seem to lose count around 2. Its rare if they make it to 3 or 4 lol. Again always double check the bag.

It takes for ever to get the food even if there not busy. Every time I have to go to this place it’s the same experience. It’s like they can only take do one thing at a time. Or maybe th eres only one person working in there doing all the different positions. No thay can’t be true cause I see alot of people in there “working”

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel well done and scrambled egg instead of folded so they put round on it instead! 23.03 for the order and it’s not correct. They are always super slow and all the workers have attitudes smh yall gotta do better we pay too much for yall fake food for it to not be right.

I tried to call the McDonald’s on freepike over 20 times after my order was wrong.

Keisha that was at the first window was very rude and disrespectful. I asked why was my order total different than was I was told a speaker and she ignored me as she continued to swipe my card for payment, then I asked why my coupon of 20% wasn’t on there got ignored and proceeded to give me my card and receipt back and closed window. Then at second window I asked for a refund because I refuse to spend my hard earned money anymore people is rude and have attitudes and I was refused a refund so I proceeded to call the police because I had no food and no refund which is a shame. Once the mediation people came to 3918 Free pike Dayton Ohio 45416 and we went in Keisha came to front being rude once again and ridiculous then the assistant manager Shay came up being very rude as well and the shift manager Jayden was the one who gave me a refund and I will never go back to this location again very inappropriate, always have attitudes and lack of customer service. Wait an hour for the police for refund was crazy.
