I stopped in this particular McDonald’s just for a pit stop basically & the drive-thru line was quite long for being after 1:30pm in the afternoon. Upon walking in there were two teens in front of me reaching over the cash register putting in his order with the lady at the register standing right there. I overheard the lady say he wanted his 50% off. Now mind you this place is packed and walking in on this happening made it appear like chaos! Anyway, I got my drink went over to add some more ice to it and my sweetener and the entire area of drinks was so nasty, sticky and disgusting including all over the floor, the ice machines weren’t working properly & then the the very last one I went to finally worked!

I eat here EVERYDAY I work, 98% of the time there’s no issues, I get the same 2 items (normally if the machine isn’t “down”) but today I was disappointed… I got a medium fry & there was probably 10-15 french fries in my box!! So maybe just check the bags before you hand an order out so things like this dont happen ! Other than that, everything was great!

The customer service here is disgusting. I’ve been in line almost an hour for a delivery service and the lobby is closed. The lady running drive through told me she couldn’t take my order for 10 minutes, I said “look, I’m here for delivery , can I pull around. It’s already 30 minutes late” her response was “that’s fine, nothing I can do about it. You can’t pull around”

Consistently THE slowest place to eat late night. I left after sitting at the menu for 10 minutes (actually timed it) without my order being taken. Felt sorry for the 4 other cars waiting. Just do yourself a favor and head over to Taco Bell.

My order was canceled when made at 9:30 am. They canceled the order at 10 am. Breakfast is not over untill 10:30. They refused to allow me to order my breakfast items. They made sure to wait after 10:31 am to notify me that my order was canceled. Do not go here.

This has got to be the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Multiple times when I am in town and have gone through the drive-through, it has been unbelievably long waits. Only about 6 cars in line and about 10 minutes away. I do not know what the issue is here, but it’s ridiculous
