I do not know why we bother ever stopping at this mcdonalds. We do not go very often except picking up after the kids games and need a fast dinner, but it is super rare the order is right. We have had to go back in for food a solid 80% of the time. I have still been in the parking lot and the fries are ice cold. Back at Christmas we stopped to grab breakfast before a road trip and they forgot a sandwich. I went inside and proceeded to stand at the counter for over 10 minutes while multiple workers walked by and looked at from the drive thru and cook area including one that looked to be the manager. I finally had to ask a kid walking an order out to see if he could get someone to come speak with me so I could get the sandwich they forgot. I do not know why they even bother having sizes of fries. It is normal that the box is half full if we are lucky. Picture of the fries we came home with tonight before anyone had even touched them and there were no fries spilled in the bag

New ro area deceived stop by went in had use Kiosk no one at register . Put our dine in order took our number went sat down few minutes later young man brings my husbands drink then several minutes later her brings mine . We continue wait for our food for several minutes my husband gets up see what’s taking so long our food is sitting on counter just sitting there. My husbands asks young man you brought my drinks but left my food sitting the kid shrugs his shoulders and walks off . Smh. At this point we are both flabbergasted . How you bring me my drinks but leave me food sit on counter . No one ever said order up never said our number NOTHING. Not to mention no manger in site place dirty as can be . I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only reason they still in business is because it’s ONLY fast food restaurant in town.

My son and I came here around 2:30 pm on a Saturday 10/18. We decided to eat in since we walked here so we did the self service ordering. Every table was dirty so I had to get someone’s attention to ask if I could get one wiped off, and the guy acted like it was an I convenience. Then we were given out food in a take out bag even though we hit the dine in button. My son ordered a mcchicken with only ketchup and mayo and there was only the bare minimum of ketchup on it. They were out of Splenda for my ice tea. Multiple ppl walked in and it one employee was paying attention to the front counter so I got up and got someone’s attention so they could be waited on. It was not overly busy while we were in here an I really expect more out of a small town McDonald’s!

I asked for no onion. The screen said no onion. So you give me the equivalent of half of an onion, in the largest chunks I’ve ever seen on my burger. I ordered a 4 piece nugget, and got 3 nuggets. With no sauces. Can your employees not count to 4? Can they not see NO onions and pickles on an order? Can they not see 4 piece nugget WITH BBQ sauce? Can they not read? What are we doing? I’d rather have a robot make my order that ways it’s done right. Robot can count to 4, robot can read.

I moved to Ohio a little over 9 years ago and to West Milton a few weeks ago. I’ve been to this location a few times now and it is the best McDonalds I’ve had since I’ve been in Ohio, each time. The food quality is great and everyone always has a great attitude every time I visit.

Not kidding this is probably the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. You would think small town = good McDonald’s. It’s a guaranteed waiting 20+ minutes in line before you pay. They always tell you to pull forward where you wait an additional 5-10 minutes. Food is always wrong or just thrown together or cold. The only reason this place has to be in business is because it is literally the only “fast” food place in the whole town. I would be ashamed to be the owner (Eric Godlove) of this location. Can’t wait for another Fast Food place to come to West Milton and shut this place down for good.

Worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. I have had countless orders messed up and for some reason I give them more chances to make it right. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal tonight, drove home to find absolutely no chicken in the bag. I guess it’s my own fault for not checking. Literally never going back. My wife asked me to pick up food for our 2 children today. She placed an order online and texted me the code. I went through the drive thru and gave them the code. Our order was placed and the person said that I can just go to the 2cd window. The person at the window handed me a sprite and asked me what I ordered. I said that I didn’t know. (all I had was a code) Another kid in a blue shirt and ear buds in came to the window. He basically tried to act like I was stupid for not knowing what the order consisted of. He tried to argue with me and said all that I was getting was an iced coffee even though they had the code. He also told me to leave his drive thru. I sat there however and when he came back to argue more, I said let me speak to manager. The person who came to the window was able to straighten things out, but it took me calling my wife to get the exact order even though they had the code. After receiving the food for our kids, the person in the blue shirt and ear buds laughed waved and smiled as though they did something to our food. One question, if they didn’t know what I ordered either, then why did they hand me the sprite? Why tell me all I was getting was an iced coffee after that? Why argue at all in the first place? This wasn’t even necessary and if my kids get sick from eating McDonald’s I will go straight to a lawyer.

I door dashed McDonald’s from here and I found a little plastic baked into my nugget. Now the way it was in my nugget it was not this locations fault. It had to be a result of when they actually made the nugget in the factory.
When I contacted the manager, he was concerned about the piece I found. He would go on to write down my name and give me a free 20 piece! He also was concerned about others and said he would contact their manufacturers.

Placed a mobile order and waited twenty minutes in the parking lot. Finally, going in to see where my order was at and the whole time, it was just sitting on the counter. Nobody brought it out. It was actually another customer who came out to my car and told me my food was sitting there. I didn’t want to eat a fillet of fish meal that had sat for twenty minutes, so I asked for a refund and waited several minutes, and no one did anything. I left without a refund, apology or food
