Usually there is no problem. Must have changed personal. When I was in last week a customer came in and returned an order of fríes, He said they were not done. They gave him another order and they were still not cooked properly. Several people waiting in line. I was not impressed. Needs attention. Thank you.

For over the past year, it has been a lot slower..especially drive thru. Most of the times when I’ve ordered bbq sauce with the happy meal, I don’t get it. And a few times they forgot to give the milk for it. But the people that have waited on me have been nothing but nice everytime,especially the morning crew. Food has been ok but sometimes the fries taste like they’ve sat for awhile. But keep smiling morning crew,it’s nice to see your faces!

Very bad service in the dining room, took me 20 minutes from ordering to us getting our food and we were the only ones inside. And don’t bother trying to email with comments or complaints because the owner, Eric Godlove, will not respond. This restaurant is the definition of a monopoly in a small town.

I moved into town 8 months ago. I used to live near 2 of Eric Godlove’s McDonalds in Centerville. Determined not to let bad experiences with other McD’s color my opinion on this location, however it seems these problems are likely systemic within his franchise locations. Getting fully cooked fries, burgers cooked to 155 degrees, or nuggets that haven’t been sitting in a steamer tray for hours and are now hard, dessicated, and unpleasant to eat is a struggle, regardless of time of day. However this location, is by far the worst of the 3 Godlove McD’s i’ve eaten at.

Just when you think the quality of food and service can’t get any worse, it does. Unbelievable. The kids that work there think it is social hour and customers are secondary. The double cheeseburger I received looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours and the French fries were half cooked!! Whatever you do, don’t go here!!!

This McDonalds is absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered on a regular basis . Poor service is the only thing that is consistent about this place . If shake machine isn’t being cleaned or broke down , the food comes out wrong or ya just close early putting a note on drive thru window but keep lights on where you order and website says your open . If I was mayor I’d pull you business license . Next to corporate to let them know what a garbage run place you are .
