Going through the drive thru the last 5 times I’ve been pulled “waiting on a frappe” the wait time is consistently over 40 minutes. The inside is always dirty.
I get it, it’s a busy store, but talking with other customers this is a CONSTANT occurrence.
If it wasn’t the only McDonald’s within a reasonable driving distance, this store would not have the business it does, and it seems they take advantage of that.
All they were worried about was door dash and the drive through. If your a customer inside you may as well plan on waiting. And the kiosks are a joke. That’s where I ordered from and they never got it

I waited about 30 minutes total for a simple mobile order. The drive-thru was backed up, and even after showing my receipt, my order couldn’t be found. I was told to pull forward multiple times, only to be handed the wrong food and made to wait even longer.
When I went inside to ask about my order, the owner came out and told me it had been sitting for at least 5 minutes. When I said that was unacceptable after waiting half an hour, he became defensive and asked me what I wanted, I told him “a refund at least.” He then claimed I was “yelling,” even though I was just speaking firmly out of frustration from waiting so long. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, he told staff to “get her refund and get her out of here.” I took the cold food I paid for and left.
The owner’s dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation worse and is extremely disappointing. It’s clear from other reviews that long wait times and poor management are an ongoing problem at this location. No customer should be treated this way after waiting so long for an order.
This location urgently needs improved management and customer care.
This is crazy, the manager needs to get some education on employee training and development. I’ve read the reviews and they are consistently bad and now in the last week I’ve had 2 separate incidents. This should really just be embarrassing. The first one they gave me our food but not any drinks then pulled us forward. They pulled us forward for I’m not kidding a frappe and 2 cokes. Then after 5 minutes came out to ask what we were waiting for! By the time we got our drinks everyone was done eating. If we had waited on our drinks to eat our food would have been cold. Then today I go through for food before work at 10:28 am. Tried to order a burger and fries, she said we are still on breakfast, I said how much longer and she said about 2 more minutes are you kidding me. I said okay I’ll just go around and pull back through, she said okay. By then there was a car in front of me and I looked at the screen and they had burgers ordered. Do you guys have some kind of game you like to play with customers. That right there is just beyond bad service. Why come back you ask? Because we like the food but I think it’s time to find a new favorite.
In the drive thru right now. Been sitting here for 12 minutes with barely any cars. This is literally any time I come here. I see the General Managers vehicle in the lot. There is no excuse. Skyline is faster and they make everything fresh
