I will not be visiting this one again. I ordered on the app to pick up in the drive thru because I was on my way home with a sick child. I pulled in and gave them my code, they said they didn’t have it, I told them the address and they said I was at the wrong address. I tried to cancel the order, but the app wouldn’t let me because they said the store was preparing the order. So I pulled around and verified I was at the correct address. I switched my order to curbside, but then the app said I had to go inside or back in the drive thru. So I went in so I could talk to someone. They were busy, but I still wasn’t addressed for almost 10 minutes. When someone finally asked what I needed I showed them my code and tried to explain the situation. The lady mentioned it quickly to the manager, who rudely said that was a drive thru code. I tried to explain, again, what happened, but I was ignored. Even when someone next to me told them that they were experiencing the same issue, I was still ignored. So they clearly were NOT preparing my order. I have submitted a complaint through the app. This is not my first bad experience here, as I have experienced rude attitudes and very slow service before, but this will certainly be my last.

I went here for a drive-thru and it literally took about 20 minutes. I literally sat at the speaker box for about 10 minutes and was told they will get back to me after a minute or so and it became two minutes. It would’ve been nice to get some sort of acknowledgment or update. Straight up no communication is really bothersome.. sitting at a drive-thru from start to finish for 20 minutes is kind of unreasonable please work on that. There was a line waiting to get their order taken. Food was warm and perfect but the drive thru is supposed to be fast and convenient. I have noticed this trend at this place.

I went in for a decaf coffee at 9 am on a Thurs. I ordered and paid at the kiosk.sat down at a table. My decaf coffee arrived at my table in about 5 minutes which was ok but my coffee was tepid. Barely warm. I drank it anyway because there were like 3 lines and barely one employee behind the counter and I wasn’t up for a crazy wait. Oh and there were coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. Next time I’ll make sure to request a fresh cup of decaf!

I had ordered using the app while at work with the intention of picking up my order before going home. When I arrived to the location, they had cones by the front entrance and I got no response at the drive thru. I did a lap around the building and saw people inside working so i went to the speaker again, no response. I then decide to go inside after seeing someone else do the same. When I went to the registers to get my order, the guy told me they had been closed since 9 and weren’t making any food. The door had been unlocked and there were workers sitting on their phones (like atleast turn off mobile orders). I was over it at this point and asked how to get a refund and the guy told me it was through the app.. only for me to find out later that i have to call the store to get a refund. Genuinely the worst service ever and I’ve been very forgiving with this location. I won’t be back again.

Well I ordered a cheeseburger and I wanted to add onion lettuce and tomato and the hot chicken snack wrap and I wanted lettuce onion tomato on it as well and a french fry I received my order at the pickup window and it was not made correctly drove around to the window again told them that it was not properly made and they remade the whole entire order the remade order it was good quite tasty I would have preferred for the french fries to be hotter but hey it’s winter time

Ordered a combo meal in the drive through, waited 20 minutes to receive it. Probably the longest time I’ve ever waited for fast food. Should’ve got a refund instead.

Last two times I’ve been here – first time: entrance to 24-hour restaurant was closed with cones and the restaurant not open. Second time: made an online order and they said they were closed and only taking DoorDash orders.
Is this location no longer 24 hours? Google Maps still reads as 24 hrs but doesn’t seem to be the case lately

The person working the drive through window #1 is extremely rude, doesn’t listen to a very clear order of 3 items, and gets super annoyed and makes very rude comments when corrected. She should not be in that position at your restaurant. Order was Sunday 2/15 at 8:45pm. KS13 is the code on the receipt.

Placed an order at the kiosk and it took 20 minutes to fill. Got to stand there and watch as everyone else got their food and they ignored my order. Good times.
