Mixed up my breakfast order by giving it to the car next to me… then look at me like I wanted a bag with food that someone else has dug in??? Then our coffee wasn’t marked. Which one has espresso lady??? She didn’t knw.. it took so long I got out my car and went inside..waited asked for 10 sugars for my coffee ☕️ was handed 5??? And didn’t even offer me a corrected coffee for their negligence , with our order.. we will just taste it ourselves and she who has the espresso!!! Bad business!

I often stop here in the mornings after night shift for breakfast. Every employee I’ve encountered is so nice and truly makes my morning better! They often address me by name (when I’m using the app) and are always so friendly. The service is fast and my egg and cheese biscuit turns out perfect every time!

Took 15 minutes to get an order placed in the app. Avoid like the plague because they forgot my drink entirely, left one patty off my double cheeseburger and couldn’t even apologize for the delay when they brought out my food. They have ‘help wanted ‘ signs up, I hope they are starting from scratch. Ok, it’s possible there are some good employees on this shift but they are hidden well.

Lots of non customers in the parking lot area. Lot was not clean. Going through the drive thru we had multiple people approach our vehicle asking for food and money. Watched a drug transaction happen in the lot. The person on the speaker was barely understandable taking our order. Same at the window, though seemed friendly. We had to wait on our food in a designated spot that put us very close to the sidewalk and toad as well as nearly being hit from behind. Our food was cold even though we waited for it. Order also not accurate.

Did the mobile ordering, I thought the whole point in that was to get your food faster, sat there waiting while people in the drive thru got food faster than we did, they went thru car after car, what’s the point in the mobile app and telling me to pull in a spot,ridiculous.
