If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in and Immediately noticed how it was long wigs and locs hanging and swinging around the food with no hair nets on or even in ponytails LoL Waited 5-10 minutes just for someone to stare at me No Hi, how may I help you? Or nothing .. So I asked if they still had cookies and where they were just outta curiosity cus some McDonald’s have em right at the counter so he casually points behind him somewhere and the what was apparently the manager ((Glorilla lookalike pre-surgery with a long blonde wig with pink streaks)) walks up..and again! NO HI, HOW MAY I HELP U ? but says “what’s the problem?!” In a aggressive tone like she wanted smoke. I said There is no problem I’m TRYING to order . And shes like “Oh ok. … I just heard manager” . When she know good n well nobody said nothing about a manger she just seen the kid pointing in the direction of the cookies so she walked up ASSUMING I was “causing a problem ” and he was pointing out his manager . Then comes back up in the middle of me trying to finally order and gives him a bag to run outside to a car. Smh Rude as heck, horrible customer service.. I just walked out. Lost a customer. People have no sense of respectfull customer service or appreciation anymore. Or just common human courtesy or consideration..

Around 6:30 last night I went through drive thru it seems moving quick. To my surprise I see why,my food was terrible. Three color fries warm,and burnt buns cold food. Giving people trash doesn’t take long , don’t you others believe the fast line at this location is good.
And I had a special made order,and it was still cold with the three color fries. Oh and they don’t have ice cream at night.

I love this McDonald’s. Service is always fast and the ladies that work the evening shift (dinner) – the 2 light skin black ladies, 1 has purple and black ringlets, 1 has braids kinda pulled back in an updo, and the super tall black lady with longer braids, are AMAZING! There’s also a younger black guy kinda tall, that works the front counter a lot, they all 4 have amazing customer service and really take care of their guests. Cannot say enough good things about this night team. Love them and love this location.

I didn’t even want to put one star because of how frustrated i am. I ordered online from doordash and the doordasher stole my food because McDonald’s is not doing there job and watching the doordashers check in the order like they supposed to and then I had to reorder my food. I called McDonald’s to make sure they put the sauce in my bag that they forgot several times and to make sure they watch the next doordasher check in my order after I said somthing about the sauce before I can even get the rest out of what I was saying they hung up on me what a joke. I work at a fast food and this is not acceptable after I went through all that to get my food because they don’t properly watch the delivery people check in the food I get disrespected and hung up on. As people should know without customers employees managers,ect. Will no longer have a job so u should watch how u treat them

I have never experienced that’s good service at a McDonald’s in my life. I live out in Trenton and we definitely don’t get service like this. All of the staff at both of the windows was amazing and even the person I talked to with at this speaker they were patient with me when my phone app was glitching and I greatly appreciate that. I will definitely be back to this location more often

Went here around 9 / 9:30 PM on 11/15 and the drive thru cashier was incredibly warm and friendly. I was kind of grumpy but his simple, kind words made me feel better. The guy who handed me my order was respectful and had a good attitude as well. Not what you expect going through a drive thru at night, but I was pleasantly surprised and will be coming back. In the meantime give these gentleman all the raises and promotions

Super frustrated with the service here today. I asked for a coffee with milk, and they added two separate bottles of milk to my bill. When I tried to explain the mistake and tell them I just wanted milk IN my coffee, the staff member got really rude and impatient with me. It wasn’t that complicated, but they made me feel like a nuisance for just wanting my drink made right. Definitely skipping this one next time.
