This is the food they send out & they told me it’s “fresh” I bit into it ONCE and the meat is crunchy. No one will answer the store phone. 3:00pm is crazy to be serving this

Apple pies are usually over cooked to the point where the contents inside are dried up. It’s honestly kind of slow when ordering from the front counter, you stand there for at least 3-5 minutes before the 13 people behind it finally come over and help you after looking at you from the frying area about 37 times. But other that, the burgers and fries are always fresh, the frappes actually taste like they have coffee in them and they are not greedy with the caramel (for that I am grateful!

They are consistent. They consistently take 10x longer than any location to make food, they always make you pull around in the drive through building a huge line for no reason. The food is somehow cold despite making you wait 15+ mins for a mobile order you placed 30 mins in advance. It is a 1* location through and through, I know I’m rating a McDonald’s, but this one sucks

We spend a lot of $ for a delivery to a new Mom who couldn’t get out and they forgot kids 3 choc milkshake and she had no milk so the kids were upset! The bags are sealed so its not the door dashers fault its the restaurant and when I called they were rude and nasty to me, crazy its 3 choc milkshake come on!!

Went through the drive through around 11:15pm on a Saturday night. They had just received a huge order before mine but still took my order and the transaction was quick and seamless. The workers were positive and talked to me a bit which felt nice. I wish I got their names so I could shout them out. The ice cream machine was working because I got a milkshake. I wish I ate more McDonald’s because I would come to this location regularly!!

I used the touchscreen today to order a Shamrock McFlurry. The employee hands me my order and tells me they don’t have the Shamrock McFlurry and walks off.
I wait for her to come back and I ask if I can get a refund. She directs me to contact a call center instead of processing the refund right there at the store.
I then ask if I can just get a regular McFlurry, she says that the ice cream machine is broken and they can’t. I have to ask what they DO have and she eventually offers a smoothie.
The whole time she talks to me like I’m a complete idiot and that it’s ridiculous that I’m asking for food that I paid for.
Go to the location in Hyde Park if you have to go to McDonald’s. This one has awful customer service.

To be honest with you, I did not need anything to eat. The three people with me ate their food. No complaints so I’m guessing it was good.And the order was correct.

This location has a few good employees, but usually misses the mark with order accuracy. My Big Mac, ordered without pickles, is shown here with pickles.
I’d also hoped that my food would be fresher, but wasn’t. Fries were good, but burger wasn’t hot, and just tasted like it had been sitting.
Just a whatever they’re in the mood to give you, kinda vibe.
Also, great that they bring you food, but they never bring your cup. I always have to go back, and grab someone’s attention for my drink…

Was ready to give 4 to 5 stars to McDonald’s with in-and-out drive-thru service of 4 minutes. My McDoubles I ordered 2 for $3 were missing the Mustard, Onions and Pickles; give me $1 back since I know Veggies are the highest expense and obviously missing. Very polite staff, continue the training.

I deleted a review before because I seen some of the employees being nice to a homeless person, but there’s been something outlandish happen every time I’ve came to this restaurant. about 5 minutes after opening time, two of us were standing outside the door & when the manager came to let in one of the employees we were very rudely told ” sorry you’ll have to wait like 15 minutes” well past their 6:00 lobby opening time while they were already serving drive thru customers. Manager was very rude about this. I have had at least 4 similar incidents in the last month and would not come here if there were anywhere else I could get breakfast in walking diatance of the hotel my crew and I have been staying at.
In closing, this place never honors its opening time in the mornings, orders wrong most of the time, manager is very rude. Seems like either a bad choice of management or not enough employees. I hate to talk negatively about anyone but I’ve had more trouble out of this place than any establishment I’ve ever walked into.
