I typically drive through for breakfast 2-3 times per week at this location and they are extremely fast and provide consistently good food and service. I use the app which allows them cut out the ordering time and also notifies them to start cooking when I get close. Online orders in the app also offers a reward of 20% off orders of $10 or more, saving you $2 or more. This McDonalds is well run and does breakfast right, every time.

A young African American male employee at the order counter, with an enormous amount of long hair, was bent over the counter reading his phone. When we walked up, he flipped his voluminous hair over his head. We were so hungry, so we decided to stay, anyway. Shockingly, my fish sandwich combo was hot and my husband’s quarter pounder and fries were hot.
Went through the drive-through around 4:15pm on Sunday. Since there were several cars ahead of me, I was hopeful that the food would be hot. I ordered a fish sandwich combo. The sandwich was room temperature. The fries were barely warm. No complaint about the Diet Coke. It’s so frustrating to not get hot, freshly cooked food anymore at most fast food restaurants.
11/4/23 At 1pm today, I went in for lunch. During the time I was there, 4 different customers came inside the restaurant because their orders were messed up in the drive-through.
The employees get all your drinks for you. Zero drinks to access/fill/refill in the dining room. They had a ketchup dispenser, but no small cups to put the ketchup in. WHO CAME UP WITH THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL???!!!

There were quite a few employees in the cooking/prep area, several were going in and out of that area. I didn’t see a single employee using gloves. I should’ve left after seeing that. Sure enough. I barely got home before I got sick. Clearly, dirty hands handling the food. Disgusting!!!

Place an order on mobile app, have to wait 20+ minutes, then go inside. Finally get food, make it home and open the bag and see it’s missing a quarter pounder with cheese. One of six items missing. Just to be told “We’re busy”. I guess if you’re busy, accuracy and time don’t matter, it just matters that the workers are busy…. unacceptable.

Was told to wait at the second window, then they forgot about me for awhile, multiple cars driving by. Eventually a random employee yelled out the window “what’re you waiting for?”, I yelled back I was waiting for a large caramel frappe, 2 seconds later they gave it to me.

I went through the drive thru to get breakfast and it was my turn to order. The automated voice that asks “Will you be using the mobile app?” came on I said no and the next thing I know I hear the same automated voice in the other speaker meaning the person taking the orders switched speakers and started taking the order of the other person who pulled up in the drive thru after me. He switched back to my speaker at 11am and said breakfast is over. I told him that I was there before the other guy he said well he was the last one. He switched to the other guy and did not take my order and waited a minute to come back to the speaker. That is so unprofessional and I hate to say it but it could’ve been racially driven.

Since no one at your establishment will answer the phone, I have to make a review here. My daughter came in tonight (10/2) to order me food before work. She bought 2 McChicken only pickle extra pickles(+ 2 free), a large fry and two drinks. I received approximately 13 cold fries, 4 cold sandwiches (2 of which the buns were burnt, only 1 had extra pickles).and a flat Coke. I made several attempts to call to speak to someone, but no one answered

Staff is terrible, never took orders from the outside line, wasted an extra 15 minutes in line. Made me pull in the the waiting spot after trying to give me a completely melted frappe without whip cream and my pancakes were as hard as a rock, oh and they gave me 8 syrup and NO BUTTER, no wonder they make minimum wage

Not sure how to share pics of this Big Mac that was a big mess. Dry as ever, no Mac sauce, very little lettuce and barely warm. Fries barely warm so it appears someone ordered this and it sat so the McDonald’s staff decided to sell it to me. Don’t bother giving me the link you ARE NOT going to look into ANYTHING or do ANYTHING. That’s what I get for buying it
