First of all the girl that is running the drive-thru needs to find a new job it was painful for her to take an order God forbid someone come through the drive-thru and she had to do her job. Got 2 snap wrap meals, and a kids meal. Didn’t get one of my fries, nor did we get my son’s drink for his happy meal. This was after having to pull ahead and wait for about 5 mins. It’s McDonald’s, and my expectations are almost zero yet, still have found ways to fail. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Clean, but feels like it needs a refresh. Local employees treat you like neighbors. Food is served fresh, not sitting under a warming light. Like many McDonalds, their focus is on the drive thru and not walk-ins. Delivery driver observation: no sense of urgency regarding their orders– needs improvement.

Explain to me why I went and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and they only put 7 nuggets in the 10 piece box, my fries tasted unsalted (like where the salt at) also my fries where supposed to be a large not a medium and they barely put any in the box so it felt like I was eating a kids mean fry, my Carmel frappe had a piece of hair in it. This is messed up because it shouldn’t have been 12$ for me to barely get anything NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

We ordered a 6 piece nugget curbside, got home and discovered they only put 4 pieces of nuggets in the 6-piece nugget box. We tried calling the store over and over again but their phones don’t work. We had a short amount of time to grab lunch and do not have time to make the trip back over there. Fix your phones!

Nuggets tasted stale. The sweet tea tasted like salt water. Fries were unsalted. I’ve been here a few times and it was them taking forever in the drive thru, or the food being absolutely disgusting. Convinced that the employees are boosting the reviews or something. I seriously wouldn’t go here.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s around. You’ll more than likely get your order wrong. The employees on drive through do not know how to properly take orders. Today, I sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes with no one taking my order. When I pulled up to the window, the lady working got a nasty attitude with me about how they’re short staffed and I should have waited at the speaker. A little commutation goes a long way. I would have waited had I not been ignored for almost 10 minutes.
