I love coming here. It’s to the point they know me as one of their regulars in the morning. But I hate that when I come in here to get an steak muffin, I am continuously getting the folded egg when I’m supposed to be getting the round egg. Can we get with your staff and communicate with them on how to make their sandwich properly? I worked at plenty McDonald’s in my younger years The steak egg muffin gets round egg.

Needed a little something for my belly while out road tripping Ohio, and low and behold McDonald’s was the stop. It was national cheeseburger day, so got another cheeseburger for $.50….what a deal. They were slammed and a little confused, but the guy at the drive thru was handling things as best as possible.

One car in the drive-thru when we got there and maybe 4 cars parked. Ordered quick, paid quick, got our drinks immediately at the next window, then sat there almost 15 mins before we were asked why we were still there and what we needed. Informed the man we were still waiting for our food. Window closed again for about 5 mins then we were asked to pull up to the next window. Not 30 seconds later we were handed a bag of food. Half was ours half wasn’t, all freezing cold. Fries were definitely old, and shriveled up, dried out, sandwiches were thrown together, barely wrapped and laying exposed in the bag. No reason for any of it. They do better when they’re slammed.

My wife was accosted by an employee coming out of the bathroom. The employee made a big deal about my wife not washing her hands after using the bathroom, which is my wife’s choice as most soaps in public restrooms irritate her skin. She said something about it real loud in front of people and embarrassed us. She deserves to be fired for doing this. I will NEVER come back to this location. I will go to Burger King or Wendy’s and spend extra versus dealing with disrespectful and rude people like that.

This it the worst mcdonald’s in middletown and honestly the worst one i’ve ever been too. Every time i come here it seems one person is working. The management is poor to say the least. At this point they should be shut down. I went through the drive through the other day and got pulled for two large waters, waited 5 minutes outside and went in and they were sitting on the counter melted. I just ordered doordash from them and they didn’t include my items, they were very unprofessional about it and rude. They told me yeah it’s sitting on the counter in front of me. I’ve worked in fast food for a few years now and how they handle and do things is horrible. Their drive thru time has to be 700 per order. If the GM sees this, DO BETTER. (and please hire people who are not incompetent.)

It started off when I ordered my food. The man could not hear because there was so much screaming in the background. He asked me if I could talk louder, but I could Hear everything they were saying in there. The hamburgers that I ordered were all dried out and nasty. I couldn’t even finish eating them. The fries had old grease. They were no good. I threw them away. Just not a good experience at this McDonald’s at all needs new management.

What is up with people now adays.. I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in years because I’ve never had any luck. Today I tested it. My drink was handed to me through the window with the lid cracked/not completely on. The lid was about as cracked out as the one who handed it to me. Y’all forgot two sandwiches and the frys tasted on the low side. The best part of it all.. was going back in for the sandwichs, then hearing one coworker say too the other “I’ll go roll you one on lunch”. Won’t ever be eating at this location. Can’t imagine what goes on back there

so unprofessional, everytime i order door dash for this mcdonald’s they always and i mean ALWAYS forget something, i just spent almost 6 dollars on a carmel sundae and without even telling the door dash driver the ice cream machine was “down” just completely said forget it and stickers it up and act like its in there, i call them to ask them if the machine is down and a dude picked up and said “waddup” i work at a mcdonald’s and this is so unprofessional and needs to be handled, new management and new crew who don’t seem entirely miserable with their life. if i could give negative starts i definitely would .

I ordered to eat inside the store. The kiosk asks for table place card number(which i had to go to the tables to get one cause it didn’t have any nor did it let me to skip that option) so I figured the food would’ve been brought to my table like all McDonald’s. I waited for 25 minutes in the table, multiple workers noticed me and didnt say nothing. I walked up to see if there was a delay or some issue but my food was sitting up in a to go bag for god knows how long cause I said screw I’ll take it home and the food was cold. Everytime I been here there’s been an issue since I moved in the area couple months ago in the summer. Some of the workers are very nice but some are too rude. Not coming back even if this is the closest one
