This was my first experience at this location and unfortunately I will not be returning. I waited for 20+ minutes for my mobile order. When I got to window I was given a sprite that wasn’t filled all the way. When asked to top off the beverage I was informed they cannot fill it with sprite but could add more ice. I went to eat my fries on my way home and they were lukewarm. My Big Mac was also reaching the colder side. I’m sad this was my experience!! I was excited when I saw the new location!!

This place is the polar opposite of McDonald’s from when I remember growing up. The drive-thru is good. The food is the same as it is at every other one. But it is not an inviting lobby or sit-down area. It’s almost like they’re trying to do everything they can to make you not want to come into that building. I don’t plan on ever going inside there again. But maybe that’s what they want out of the consumer nowadays.

I experienced the nicest service ever. When rolling through the drive through to get my pup some crispy nuggs, I noticed the employee at the drive thru was wearing a Grimace pin and I said how much I liked it. We pull ahead and the same person opens the window and gives me a Grimace pin along with the nuggs. Made my day, my week! This pin is a reminder that there are very kind people in the world! Thank you!

May be the worst McDonald’s in America. There is absolutely zero customer service at this location. Employees act like you are the first person they’ve ever had to communicate with in their entire life. And if you want the door for dinner time, you better order it at breakfast time, otherwise, it won’t be ready by when you need it. There’s a good chance you will celebrate a birthday while waiting on your food here so plan ahead and bring a birthday cake to snack on while you they make you McWait forever on your food.

The food is raw, the service sucks. There is a wall and no one is in front of it to know when customers come in. They make you wait 5-10 min to order, then when they mess your order up they act like its not their fault. Makala was the manager last night that thought serving raw quarter founders was cool. Went up to get them replaced and was given another set of raw sandwiches.

We have tried to give this McDonald’s a chance four different times, and every single time they have failed to include a main meal in the order. Four times in a row is absolutely unacceptable.
To make it worse, when you ask for a refund they claim they “can’t do it,” leaving you stuck paying for food you never received. The quality control is horrible and the customer service is even worse. Incredibly frustrating experience every single visit. Avoid this location unless you enjoy missing items and zero accountability.

If I could give a zero i would I got here an ordered my food at 9:25 I have sat at the second window watching people that pulled in behind me for 40 mins and still yet to see my food, I ordered 2 mcchikens a bacon quarter pounder meal and a happy chicken nugget meal, there is absolutely zero reason. someone should have to wait that long for there food especially when people that pull in after you are getting there. food. I went back around to see what the heck is going on for them to tell they cant find the order that they think it got handed to someone else, then told me to pull back forward while they remade it. Got here at 9:25pm ended up not leaving till 10:07 pm absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT DINE IN HERE! The inside of this restaurant is setup for door-dash pickups only. There is NO staff out front, NO soda fountain, NO ketchup, NO salt and NO napkins anywhere to be found. There is a window but no one watches it. You can not see anyone to get their attention so you have to literally start yelling for someone to come help you with what you need. My food was hurriedly placed on the table without even acknowledging my presence. I received one napkin and no salt or ketchup. I had to yell (and I mean YELL) three times for someone to come and throw ketchup and salt at me. My Quarter Pounder wasn’t even cooked through and was raw in the middle. Hands down the WORST McDonald’s experience I have ever had. It is truly mind blowing that this location is even worse than the South Lebanon location but all the poor reviews are WELL DESERVED. Whoever came up with this store design should be fired. I will be going to the Landen location next time I want McDonald’s and recommend you do the same!
