Drive thru is a customer altercation waiting to happen The miserable design of the drive through and entrance/ exit car lanes makes it easy for inconsiderate drivers to pull ahead of people waiting in the drive through lane. This happened twice today. Once with the person in front of me and then quickly again it happened to me. The last time I saw someone pass ahead in the left lane, the two drivers got into a shouting match with very hateful words and hand signals being used. I fear someone is going to get hurt if this situation is not fixed.

Decided to stop and get something to eat at the drive-thru. The girl that took our order, in the Drive-Thru I believe she was 10 years old and still in the third grade. She was very very rude. You Can Tell She’s miserable with her job. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup no mustard with lettuce pickles onions and Big Mac sauce. It literally took her 10 minutes to get my order. Maybe she should go back to school. My wife ordered a fish sandwich with cheese no lettuce. The fish was the thickness of two pieces of paper and it was like trying to eat a piece of cardboard! The food, the service and the rudeness of the people, that worked there, all need to take classes on customer relations and food service! I will not return. This is one of the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever eaten at as well as a lot of others!

This McDonald’s was recently remodeled and is very clean. The food was fresh. The staff was friendly. Everytime I go, my order is correct. The bathrooms were clean. They have the self ordering screens if you would like to order yourself. They also do mobile ordering now. They have screens for kids to play on as well. The parking lot is a little tricky to understand now since the remodel.

This McDonald’s is the worst in the area by a long shot, and I doubt anyone there or in corporate actually cares about this review or any feedback honestly. I have NEVER received a correct order from this location, something is ALWAYS wrong. Today I asked, politely, for a Made to Order burger and fries. I received an overcooked, rock hard batch of fries with no salt (standard at this McDonald’s) and a burger that appears to have been assembled with a catapult. I got home 6 minutes after ordering my food and it was already stone cold. And I can’t call and complain or fill out their survey because when they DECIDE to give me a receipt with my order, it’s the wrong one. I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant is engaging in large scale credit card fraud considering how cavalier they are with providing customers the wrong food and receipt.

Pulled up to the drive thru tonight. Was greeted, if you call it that, very rudely. Could barely even finish my order without being rushed. Order a double quarter pounder. Got home and started eating and something seemed weird. Looked down and the burger was barely cooked. Gave this location time after time but they never seem to get it right. If people don’t want to work maybe they should just stay home with their bad attitude before they get someone sick.
