Cheese hanging on like Jack clinging to the door in Titanic. Cold, stale patty like it died yesterday. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, not a pounder with a quarter of it covered in cheese. Who would want to eat this crap. For $12? I want a McRefund.

Terrible went through the drive through. Ordered a large diet coke, received a regular coke which is very problematic because being a diabetic it could put me at a dangerous high. And we waited 20 minutes for our order the food was cold and they forgot my kids chicken nuggets. Overall a bad experience.

Come to this McDonalds yearly for grandkids birthday. It hasn’t change from last year when I was here ! This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in! As always the order was wrong. A party we were with still hasn’t gotten their food after 35 minutes. If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Hopefully I won’t be back here next year!

Continued poor service. They hire incompetent teenagers that can give you a smile or even the correct food. Poor service and can’t even give me the items I PAID FOR every single visit. Save your money at this location because you won’t get the full order anyway. Do better and actually train and hire good people.

I’m not normally the one to leave a review of any kind but I simply have to in this situation. I ordered breakfast and they forgot my two hashbrowns and I didn’t realize until I got home. It’s my fault for not double checking but after going back and saying they forgot them I heard the manager plain as day say to the employee I told that I was “lying and playing games.” I know McDonald’s isn’t a 5 star restaurant and they aren’t always perfect but I expect to not be talked about like that when I’m standing right there

Rude service, no- thank you, have a nice day, sorry for the delay. Food was wrong again! Bun was falling apart no ketchup or mustard so the next time I went i ordered extra onions and pickles and got slop in return..this is ridiculous. I couldn’t help but notice many other complaints about similar experiences. You need to wipe out that whole staff and hire all new, freshly trained individuals who care about their job. If you need a strong manager, give me a call. I certainly can do better than this!

Absolutely gross and they always mess up the orders. Ordered a fish sandwich meal. The fish sandwich had tartar sauce all over the box, barely any on the sandwich and they tried not to give me my fries. The prices goes up and quality goes down.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s! I’ve had bad food here the last few times I’ve been. I ordered a fresh fish and fresh fries, special order. I drove to the window where the guy tried to hand me the fish sandwich, I asked if it was fresh. He is hollering asking if it’s fresh. Apparently it was not so they pulled me forward and had me wait. The fish sandwich was fresh but poorly made, the fries were unedible. I was upset that I just spent $7.00 on food that was no good. I was only able to eat the fish sandwich, not worth the $7.00 that I paid. So I call to complain and the manager wasn’t nice at all, she hung up on me. I hadn’t been to this McDonald’s in awhile because of the last two times that I went I tried to get fresh fries and was given food that was bad. I called the complaint hotline and haven’t heard back from anyone 3 days later. After 3 months finally decided to give this location another chance. Today’s order was a double cheeseburger, fries, large coke and a water. The only good thing was the drinks. Fries were unedible and the bottom bun on the burger was hard.

Very slow, only ordered a Happy Meal. It was good everything was hot and fresh, they must like pickles around here, I had like 15 on my small cheeseburger. The employees were very friendly and a hot meal makes up for having to wait a little while. That beats cold or been under a heat light sitting any day, I’ll wait!

I absolutely love going to this McDonald’s every morning because of Cheyenne the cashier she is absolutely amazing, respectful and quick during taking orders and codes without screwing any orders up, I recommend going here if you need your breakfast
