Go to the dt to sit there and not be greeted! I eventually said “hello”? And get told to hang on. Customer service is absolutely horrible! No one there is friendly at all. No one tells you hello or how are you at the 1st window, just ask for money. When you get to the 2nd window it’s same thing. No greeting no nothing. They just give you your stuff and that’s it. They don’t say thank you or have a great day or anything!

My 2nd time here in the last couple of weeks. Ordering is complete chaos which results in wrong orders. I personally think things would be better with one ordering station Person taking order and also taking payment from others has to cause problems. I do not see how 2 ordering stations in drive speeds up things

Waited in the staging area forever, just them to screw up my order. Fries was cold. Wrong burger. Once they corrected the burger, it looked like it was just thrown together and was dried out. I would drive across town before going to this McDonald’s.

Everytime I come here they pull you into a parking spot from the drive through and make you wait for your food. After waiting 10 minutes.. the order was wrong and the food was COLD! What’s the whole point of pulling people up. So stupid and wasting people’s time!

Always check your order before you leave! They now pull cars forward to staging spots so they can make their serving times look good, while you sit and wait forever for someone to bring your order out to your car. Worst McDonalds in the area!

Y’all wanna be Chick-fil-A so bad having people stand and take drive thru orders on the hottest day of the year, which really just slows down the drive thru, but this is consistently the worst McDonald’s in Hamilton. I don’t know if it’s a management issue or what, but burger flippers get paid way too much nowadays to be as disappointing as this restaurant is.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s! I’ve had bad food here the last few times I’ve been. I ordered a fresh fish and fresh fries, special order. I drove to the window where the guy tried to hand me the fish sandwich, I asked if it was fresh. He is hollering asking if it’s fresh. Apparently it was not so they pulled me forward and had me wait. The fish sandwich was fresh but poorly made, the fries were unedible. I was upset that I just spent $7.00 on food that was no good. I was only able to eat the fish sandwich, not worth the $7.00 that I paid. So I call to complain and the manager wasn’t nice at all, she hung up on me. I hadn’t been to this McDonald’s in awhile because of the last two times that I went I tried to get fresh fries and was given food that was bad. I called the complaint hotline and haven’t heard back from anyone 3 days later. After 3 months finally decided to give this location another chance. Today’s order was a double cheeseburger, fries, large coke and a water. The only good thing was the drinks. Fries were unedible and the bottom bun on the burger was hard.
