It seems like anytime I go into this location, multiple employees and managers are just standing around and it takes forever just to order food because no one takes my order. Food comes out pretty quickly and usually hot but their ice cream machine is always down. It’s summer people, get it together! It’s hot outside and we just want to cool down with a nice cold treat.

This place wouldn’t be so bad if not for the people around it. Just because your homeless or on drugs doesn’t mean you have to bother everyone that walks by. There’s homeless and people on drugs everywhere but for some reason this place and a couple others are really bad for them stalking you down. I’ve been there so know 100% you can act human still it’s not the end of the world but you keep yourself down bothering everyone.

The food and atmosphere was as expected. The service on the other hand was not. The employee in the red shirt was reasonable and accommodating. The woman that took our order, in a blue shirt, was hateful and rude. She didn’t hear our complete order because she was looking outside towards the street. After I paid and received the order, I ask for the missing item. I had no issue paying for it separately, but expected the discount i used in the first place to apply. When I ask about it, she became disrespectful and rude as if it were MY fault. The woman in the red shirt overheard her getting loud and came over to offer a dollar off, which i appreciated. Then the initial employee started almost yelling at me and refused to accept my payment. She literally walked off. Kudos to the red shirt for being fair and kind.

There is no reason anyone should have to sit in the drive thru for 12 minutes without even paying for your order. It’s called fast food for a reason not take your time food. I had to pull out of line and leave so I wouldn’t be late for work.

Ordered door dash at about 3:30 pm. I got all cold food and the pie was so hard I couldn’t bite it. This location is gross. Save your self some time and money. Go to a different location.

The pop machine was broken, which happens, but I was knowingly given a flat coke and had to ask to have the coke filled at the other machine. My fries were lukewarm and unsalted, my cheeseburger was an old hamburger that had a cold piece of cheese slapped onto it and was rewrapped in a cheeseburger wrapper. Total disappointment.
