This place is totally different during the day Vs at night. Morning crew is friendly and quick. Went there tonight waited 23 minutes to order. We order and get asked to pull forward for chicken we wait 7 minutes for them to bring out the car in front of us order. I walk in to see how much longer the guy was super rude(find a new job). Was asked what sauce I wanted twice still wasn’t correct, burger said xrtra pickle and none were on it chicken was cold Worst service EVER here

Had to pull up in drive thru, ordered nuggets, checked the bag because I never get my sauce and no sauce!I go in and the lady working gave me 3 for a 20 piece and said they are in the bag they go in 1st, ok I get home no sauce in the bag and the nuggets look like they are about a week old and are hard, this McDonald’s used to be good but has went way downhill! The picture doesn’t do it justice on how they look.

Excruciatingly slow. Mind-numbing painfully slow. And don’t bother with any extras (extra cheese or mayo or pickle) – the app will charge you, but you won’t get it. It’s just not worth the pain – there are plenty of other places to go. Never again.

Have had to eat here quite a bit the last several months for necessities sake. The more often we’ve gone, the nicer they have been! They know us by name, and are super quick to fix food mistakes (though for us they have been rare) kind management and in my opinion, the best McDonald’s food in our area. Clean restraint but the workers have an attitude problem, and they have rarely given me the right order. Always something missing or messed up. A good example of this is how I ordered three mcchickens and got two without a chicken patty, I checked to make sure I didn’t mess up my order in the app. Seriously don’t waste your money, just make the drive to the Ontario location. I’d give a 0 if possible

Every single time I come here my order is wrong. Just today, I was missing 2 whole sandwiches and my sauces and the sandwiches I did get were messy and barely wrapped. Very, very disappointed.

My standards for McDonald’s are pretty low in general but this one if absolutely awful. It’s not uncommon to be missing something or it’s made wrong altogether. Most employees have a bad attitude, a couple girls at the windows are particularly terrible. Addressing any problems you have with your order is met with eye rolls and nasty tone. We’ve gotten gypped on fries before but this is by far the worst, not even halfway on a large. It’s a shame because there’s no other fast food in town but we’ll be sure to avoid any McDonald’s in the area because most are owned by the same family and it’s apparent they aren’t interested in fixing because it’s been like this for years. The pictures are my fries straight out of the bag, it’s not like they were filled and then settled, they just weren’t even filled halfway.
