Bought a Large fry $4.39, at least that’s what is was supposed to be but in reality it was a Medium. Not even filled to the front lower edge. And there were none laying in the bag so it isn’t like they spilled over. Just plain and simple got half of what was paid for. Too bad there isn’t a way to only give them half the money.

Just left the drive thru with no food. Ordered a cheeseburger, hamburger , and a small coke. Line was crowded but flowing decent. Then I get up to the window with my seriously complicated order. They gave me the coke and told me they “lost or skipped or something my order”. They told me to pull up and wait. Ten minutes later, the line is empty and I an still waiting. That was enough for me. I took my $6.05 small coke coke and left. I have always had problems with this location and will never return. The entire staff from the top to the bottom needs to be replaced ASAP!

Service is terrible. Food is what you’d expect. Again, service is the worst. Small, simple orders take 20 minutes. Have to ask for napkins. Drive-thru customers kept coming in with wrong orders. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The food quality is usually pretty good but the service is pretty crappy. DO NOT GO INSIDE!!! It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering mobile to go, or to eat inside if you are going to the front counter, prepare to wait longer than five minutes to even be acknowledge not noticed acknowledged. The workers will see you standing there. I’m refused to know you until they are ready to, even if the screen says that your order is ready the hold it back by the food area even if you simply order just a frappe, which means it’ll be half melted by the time they hand it to you.

If your just wanting a quick drink or a water DO NOT STOP AT THIS ONE my water was piss yellow and when I tried calling you tell them they need to change either the filter or clean something, they hung up. Terrible service, terrible workers.

I go through the drive thru about 3 times a week. The blonde older lady that works there needs to GET IT TOGETHER!! I say my order LOUD AND CLEAR, everything she get my order wrong by ringing it up wrong, then she gives me the attitude, like its my fault, then she aggressively hands me my stuff out the window, if your going to deal with the public, then be a little nicer. And get orders right!!!!!
