This location is easily the worst location and steals people’s money all the time. They constantly forget items in people’s bags and dont even have any care about it. I dont know how a place can even continue to operate under such terrible leadership and ownership. This is a disgrace to the mcdonalds brand and should be shut down or sold to someone else who cares.

This place is significantly going down hill. Pushing everyone to Kiosks, inside is always FILTHY, customer service is horrible. If you are not in the drive through good luck. I’m currently at my second inside order thats running over a 20 minute wait while watching them run drive through orders. I will be going to Locke family McDonalds from now on. Such a joke.

The lady at the drive thru always has an attitude and cuts you off after only saying one item, they forget something every time I’m there and say I didn’t ask for it when it’s on my receipt, I just came thru and was told to pull up to the second window and she yelled at me thru the window to come back and told me she said first window and me and my cousin heard her say second window so the attitude from these employees is getting ridiculous. I’ve worked many fast food jobs and if you can’t talk to a person simply trying to come grab some food for their kids with some decency when I am always extremely respectful, then you should get a new job ♀️

Their system glitched when I have a code for free item on the app, and the code processed on my end, taking away my points, but the cashier did understand that and just kept saying their system glitched. And also, since the code went though on my end, I couldn’t use any of the codes on the app for 15 minutes. Cashier still did not process on how that should not be the customer’s problem that their system glitched and screwed me out of points and free item. Also(in the same order) they forgot the sauce, I asked for a McDouble with only ketchup and cheese and they gave me a McDouble with literally on pickles on it. This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The employees don’t care a bit about the customers.. they are rude, have their hair all over the place which in turn ends up in your food EVERY SINGLE TIME you go there! The inside dining room and restrooms are dirty, which tell you what the kitchen probably looks like.. meanwhile the employees are standing around. They hardly ever get the order correct, and on the rare chance they do… their nasty hair is in your food! Their milkshake and ice cream machines never work, if they run monopoly.. you don’t get the pieces on your food because they are “out of stock” . This place is just a complete JOKE!!!! They’ll be closed down soon or sued for someone getting sick!

Last night I waited 15 min for the frepe to complete my order. Had to go back thru and get it. No one made it!
Tonight I waited 25 minutes for my food. I was given the wrong food. No straw for my frepe. And the food was cold and nasty. Never going back there again. I’m done.
***UPDATE*** Tried it again, my Hot Mocha was ICE COLD. NOT WORTH THE VISIT.

Got 2 sausage McMuffin and muffin was straight out of the e bag cold and sausage wasn’t cooked cheese wouldn’t even melt don’t recommend Massillon downtown McDonald’s there better places around town to go the store is open 24 hours sbut sometimes they turn light out and sit outside or in cars and smoke while people are waiting in drive thru there also cars pulled up to pickup spots and no other cars are around and they have long wait times

Just left this store. I placed my order and asked for my fries to be made fresh as I really do not like cold food, especially McDonald’s fries. I get to the window and my food is ready. I asked the girl at the window if the Well I ask the girl if the fries are fresh like I asked.. ya they are.. I reach my hand into the bag and they are barely Luke warm.. I ask her if I can have fresh ones like I asked for and the girl at the window proceeds to get an attitude with me. Look, I have worked fast food, and If you make a mistake at least apologize. There is no reason at all to be rude to your customers. They are the reason you have a job in the first place. DO BETTER!! If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would.
