Very clean and organized inside. Tables can handle a party of about 12 people. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt, there was not much of a delay in service the entire experience. The food was very tasty and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend if you have a party or just a couple of people. Its access to the highway makes it a quick trip if passing through.

Chef was very people friendly and made jokes and had us entertained! Food was cooked perfectly and big portions! I had the hibachi filet and shrimp with fried rice for dinner. Comes with salad and broth and both were excellent. Place was not busy at all and I don’t know why?!

I’ve been here a couple of times and what a blast it always is! The chefs are amazing, hilarious, interactive, friendly—everything you want out of a hibachi show. The servings are plentiful, made correctly order, quickly and deliciously. The drinks are unique, fun and get the job of what an alcoholic drink should do done. Service is always prompt and kind, the restaurant is clean and engaging. Quickly becoming a regular place when I want a fun night out to eat. Thanks Kyoto, for the good times!

Me and my husband decided to give this place a try yesterday. Overall the experience was good. Staff are super nice and helpful. Soup was good but that was the only food that was really good. The hibachi was disappointing. Steak was over cooked and whole dish was kinda bland. Sushi was also pretty disappointing. The California roll should have been amazing considering it’s the most basic sushi but I think krogers is better. It wasn’t horrible, just not worth the price. It was a good experience but can’t return only because price isn’t worth it.

This place was spectacular! I went to call in for reservations for 7 people, a few days later I had to call to add 2 more & they were super flexible with it. We went as a big group on a Saturday night, and even though they were super busy, it didn’t take too long to get us seated. Most of us ended up getting the Hibachi & it was super delicious. I ordered a plate of sushi & it was one of the best I’ve every had. The chef pulled off a great show & was very entertaining. The food was delicious, & I would recommend someone to go here.

I ordered carry out . Got back to the hotel my food was lacking flavor and salmon hibachi tasted old . I was missing condiments that I specifically ordered extra of on my invoice the worker said I didn’t pay for . Which I did . Said he would give them to me anyway. Ok lol. My veggie tempura was soggy also. Would have been much better off to go to Benihana. Very disappointed, way overpriced.

I hate to write negative reviews, but our group of 6 people waited for about 10 minutes at the front of the restaurant before we were seated. Then, we waited roughly another 20 minutes before our drinks and food was ordered. Next, it took another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out which were mostly waters. At this point, the family of four that got combined with our group ended up leaving due to the lackluster service. Overall, the food was very good, but the service was terrible.

We paid with card and we’re going to leave cash tip and server immediately said that tip wasn’t included in the check. we let her know that we were leaving in cash and she walked away but kept an eye on us while we were still trying to eat our food. she then interrupts us 3 minutes later and insists on giving her the tip for the cook. we gave her the 20% tip as she breathing on top of our food and she immediately goes “just that?” we gave her a good tip and she insisted for more and obligated us to give her more because she was causing a scene infront of the other people’s out table so we gave her some more out of embarrassment. 0/5 do not recommend.

Terrible experience there today. Ordered Mochi ice cream before having paid at the hibachi table. Then after 8 minutes and having told the server twice that we were still waiting on the Mochi ice cream order, I was forced to leave, because I needed to pick my car up across the street from Discount Tire, before they closed as the place had already officially closed at 5pm but my car had not been ready.
I asked for a refund of the Mochi, in light of the terrible service.
I gave the elderly worker, who probably worked also behind the bar, as he had been located there after I had already started walking that direction towards the door, my cc invoice for $76.xx not counting the tip.
Then, at the bar, I was presented with a new CC authorization charge for some $86.xx
That did not make any sense.
Regardless, of the fact, that the person was treating me as if I wasn’t capable of understanding the English language, as the elderly woman, now also behind the bar, began explaining to me what a refund was -lol (rude).
As I had my two year old in tow, I ended up signing the CC and after the fact was rudely yelled at and discriminated at by said elderly man, woh might have turned out to be management/owner.
Terrible Terrible Experience.
Beware of this rude and unfriendly establishment. The situation, as it appeared, since the $ values did not match (original check and supposed Re-Run Invoice) either overcharged me now or double charged me!
Not once was I given an apology for my wait and inconvenience.
I would suggest going to a different Hibachi!
