This McDonald’s is always hit or miss but mostly miss. I ordered large fries and as you can see they completely screwed me by not filling the container. I paid for large fries but got a medium, essentially. Also, someone I know told me about how while they were very busy this McDonald’s didn’t get his order right in the drive through (inside dining was closed) and when he asked for them to make it right they told him he has to start over in the drive through even though it was backed up around the building due to a local event.

I think this was the first and only time I’ve been to this location. We spent about 30 minutes dining in as I was working on a video. We used the restroom first, no hand soap. After checking out the restaurant to pick a seat, tables and the floor were very visibly dirty and trash cans were full. We found a clean spot to sit down and order table side service as we have at other locations very recently. The restaurant was empty and drive thru wasn’t seemingly busy. I placed my 1st order and they bagged it, yelled it out and left it for pickup, even though I put in our table #. They did atleast bring our 2nd order to the table. Too busy to clean their dining room, empty trash or bring an order to the table… but a team member had time to get 3 drinks at the drink station for the kitchen. I don’t think any team member was over the age of 20, so I just think they need better leadership. Happy National Burger day. Always be on your best game because you never know who’s going to walk in.

This McDonald’s is going downhill. They always forget something. Today it was my dipping sauces and there was no lettuce except for a few shreds on my mcchicken and literally no onions on my McDoubles. The sandwiches were haphazardly put together, basically falling apart as I unwrapped the packages. Quality is just not there anymore, this location needs to step it up.

Almost every time I go to this McDonalds there’s always something wrong with my order. They don’t take pride at all in what they do. Burgers are always slapped together, they never fill up your large fry container, you’re better off just ordering a medium and save money since you’re getting the same amount anyway. Today I ordered food and they forgot my fries and then when I got home my triple cheeseburger I paid for was only a double. One of my cheeseburgers was only half way in the wrapper.

Overall My Fries were good and fresh. But the double cheese that I received was cold and the cheese was not even melted. That’s happened before with the burgers something needs to be adjusted. The workers were all very pleasant. Just that one concern about the cold double cheese.

This McDonald’s has to be one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Only one table that was semi clean foor us to sit at. The floor was a disaster. Food and wrappers laying around everywhere. I have to wonder what the food preparation area looks like. I would suggest not eating at this establishment. I never will again. Pretty sad.
