On vacation in Lexington Kentucky and had the pleasure of ordering this beautiful pie. The service was excellent…. David, who was very polite and patient handled the rush well. I saw he was busy but efficient. This is probably the best pair I’ve had in a while. 6/6*The wait time was a little bit long but it was totally worth it.

I don’t know what else to say other than this place is terrible. I placed an order last week for pick the 30 there. They hadn’t even started it. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get the handed it out the window to me. I get halfway home. They call me telling me that they gave me the wrong order. I had to drive back to the store to pick up the correct order. This was almost $50 worth of food. Manager said he was going to comp my next order. my name down in a book and to bring my receipt and he would take care of my next order. I go there next order bring my receipt dude it’s like yeah I can only come to $10. On a $50 order that they totally messed up. So customer service and managers are terrible and the not very good. The pizza was OK but the wings and boneless wings absolutely inedible, and the cheesy bread is mediocre at best. Save yourself some time to Bellino’s or puccini’s, get some good pizza. Or, save money and go to Little Caesars. It’s about on par quality wise and they won’t charge you 50 bucks for a couple of pizzas.

Door Dash delivered my pizza to the wrong address and the driver didn’t respond when I reached out. Nathan was the only worker at the store but took it upon himself to call Door Dash, and when they weren’t helpful, he remade the pizza and had another driver deliver a fresh pizza. And it was delicious!

Ordered delivery! It was fast hot and fresh! Did have a hickup with getting a wrong pizza but they were quick to fix the issue! David did great fixing it and getting it back out. Joe was efficient a out getting it back to us just as quick! Great team and great service!

OK, it’s your wheelchair bound woman about town, Tanya. Up next, is my review of Hartland Neighborhood Donatos located at 3851 Kenesaw Drive, in Lexington, KY. I may a wee bit impartial because, well, this one of the better Donatos locations, in Lexington. Hear me out, the other locations; especially, the Main Street location are nice; BUT, the Hartland location feels more like neighborhood gem. Yes, my family has been going here since the mid 90s. Yes, people, THAT long! Typically, it’s the Mariachi beef pizza or any of the others; but For this visit, the flavor of choice was Chicken, Spinach, Mozzarella pizza. This pizza has chicken, Spinach, Roma tomatoes, roasted garlic, fresh Mozzarella cheese, Romano cheese and oilive oil. The best part is the crust. Get this pizza with a thin crust…Thank me later This pizza pairs well with a glass of wine; but, enjoy it with the beverage of Your choice. It’s THAT good!! Yes, it was delicious! Yes, the staff was top notch! Yes, You GOTTA LOVE MORE!! This is more than their slogan or catchphrase! It’s their commitment!

Super fast service, we ordered online for pick up and when we got there it was ready for us at the perfect time! Zach was super sweet and helpful, and honestly he really made my day! He has such a great positive attitude and based off the short time I spent in the store he seems to have a great work ethic!

My family has frequented this Donato’s location for probably two decades now, and I can say we’ve always had great service and amazing food every time. We love the Founder’s Favorite and Mariachi Chicken pizzas, and we always order them whenever we get together. David L was friendly and efficient, and we even got our order earlier than expected. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I was running late last week and needed a fast dinner, I’m from out of town and in Lexington for training so not super familiar with the area. David was super cool and understood I was hungry and in a hurry, and he told me about a cool spot close to my hotel. Most people just brush you off and don’t care but he was awesome, and when I’m back in town I will definitely be back thanks to David. Also, the pizza is awesome and was super fresh and delicious!
