Didn’t know Helen Keller worked at this location. Go the to the other mcds. These guys can’t even ring up an order correctly or understand what you are ordering. Try to order one basic thing, as is, and they can’t even understand that.

I putted up to the drive thru and I was asked to hold on. ( don’t mind it happens ) however very disrespectful I was told to hold on. And other drive thru a truck pulled up as I was sitting waiting. The truck order an got served before I got my order yeah that mad me mad. However I love McDonald’s and people mess up an makes mistakes all the time it’s life we are all human . But when everytime I go. My food seems to get sloppy less or cold. I slowly haven’t been coming here..

Hi-tech soda machines but ketchup dispenser at ALL McDs have gone down hill. Better off asking for packets every time.
Newly remodeled and very modern. Different areas are sectioned off and give you a different look and feel.
The children’s area was very nice and clean.
The staff was really nice and friendly but they still don’t compare to Chick-fil-a.

Ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder with CHEESE… it has none… You would think it’d be common sense to think “hey it’s a cheese burger, we should throw cheese on it!” I don’t even know why I still come here, every other time I order something from here it’s wrong.
Don’t waste your time here, just drive the extra 5-10 minutes down to the West State Street location.

Absolutely disgusting. The fries were old and I didn’t get the right sandwich. The sandwich I got was soggy plus it didn’t even have the hot dressing it’s supposed to come with. Smh I ordered a C4 crispy chicken deluxe….anyway I definitely don’t recommend this McDonald’s in Alliance.

Every time I use the mobile app at this location, they always say the transaction was canceled. I’ve tried to use the mobile app several times at this location and it’s the same result each time. This is the only location I’ve ever had this happen at.
If the store isn’t set up to use the mobile app, don’t advertise it all over the windows.
Aside from that, the service is slow and the food is mid.
Won’t be coming back to this location, it’s worth the extra 5-10 minute drive to go to the other end of town to a newer McDonalds.

The tables were a little sticky but the food is always fresh tasting! I always get my food in a decent amount of time and the staff is super friendly!!

I got my food instantly and waited 15 minutes for absolutely nobody to give me my cup so i had to literally grab it myself and they stared at me and didnt even ask why i was waiting with food in my hand
