Never seen a group of more miserable women in my life. They’re rude and unprofessional on a level that borders abuse. How anyone would be a regular here is beyond me. I hope y’all find some solace in your miserable lives. Being called names at the window when y’all made the mistake and I was polite, is WILD. Didn’t even respond to y’all, but I’ll make sure to tell everyone how awful you are and never return to this location. No biggie.

Went through drive through and the lady said only door dash orders. Yet their website says open 24 hours. So I went home and ordered food. Fires tasted like they were says old and cold as hell. My burger was burnt and dried out. I emailed them about it and they tried blaming the driver.. smdg she was awesome and fast. Do not eat here

My six-year-old really wanted McDonald’s so he decided that he wanted to take his Christmas money and go eat at this restaurant. He also wanted to eat inside so we went inside My son got himself a happy meal and a drink and then we sat down and I watched him eat when we went to leave. He wanted a refill on his drink and the lady said because she put it in the system that we were Taking it to go, she could not refill his drink, even though she sat there and watched Us both sit there while he ate his food inside the restaurant she did not ask are we eating in or are we going to take it to go? She just assumed apparently that we were taking it to go. Even after I explained to the manager that all of you watched us sit there while he ate his food. You still won’t give the six-year-old a refill on his sprite because she decided not to ask us if we were eating in and put it into the computer that we were taking it to go. On top of the fact that your drinks aren’t even a part of your meal anymore, which is ridiculous. My six-year-old was very upset because he couldn’t take a sprite home after he was done eating his meal that he paid for.

Place to mobile order and when I went through the drive-thru the clerk insisted there was no order and refused to give me my food. Went home and spoke with the manager and she apologized stating they’ve had more than one problem with this employee. So why is she still working? There? Told me to come back to get the food but it was not worth my time and gas to drive back to the restaurant. Will never return to that McDonald’s. Shame on them

Really I stars. Ordered from this store got to the bottom of the orange juice and a piece of raw meat was in the bottom of the cup they try to blame it on the drivers this was done deliberately from the store that was on 6/30/2025 went again myself and they put tater sauce on the bagel saying all bagels come with this sauce on it but it wasn’t the cream sauce 4 bagels n I didn’t ask 4 any sauce on bagel it always comes with bagel or mcmuffin with sausage n just cheese how I order it no sauce on the bagel unless you ask for it. And it wasn’t even the right sauce they put tater sauce on the bagel so its someone who works there with a problem doing things to ppl food I advise everyone not to go here seriously its always a problem with this place if coporate doesn’t do something soon they definitely will have a serious lawsuit on their hands.

Never ask for a quarter pounder meal with Mac sauce instead of ketchup and mustard. You will get a pound of onions and what resembles a half eaten burger patty. I usually swing through here for lunch but wont be doing that going forward. Cant go back as I was on lunch and didnt know this is what I recieved. Waste of my money and time.

I Usually go through the Drive thru and Place my order and 1 out of 10 Visits at this location I Got Burned Double Cheeseburgers and What looks like Burned Grill Scraps on Both of The Double Cheeseburgers I Ordered. They lied to Me about Having Espresso and it’s On the Menu . They Said They Couldn’t give us Ice water Because the ” Ice Machine was Broken, but We Can Buy Their Bottled water!! After that I Finally Parked My Vehicle and Walked inside the Store and Calmly Told them That I Was Sick of Getting Served Burned Food and Cold Hard French Fries . I Told them Exactly how I Felt about The Below Poor Service!! They Made Me 2 New DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS AND I LEFT AND HAVEN’T BEEN BACK SINCE. THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW SET OF EMPLOYEES THAT WILL KEEP THE MCDONALD’S TRADITION ALIVE AND THRIVING AND NOT IGNORANT LIARS AS EMPLOYEES THAT RUSH YOU TO PLACE YOUR ORDER, LIKE THEY HAVE A LINE OF CUSTOMERS THAT IS ALL THE WAY TO THE STREET!! I’LL GO SPEND MY MONEY WITH ANOTHER MCDONALD’S IN ANOTHER CITY BEFORE I GO BACK THERE!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THE LOBBY HAD MAYBE 6 CUSTOMERS AND THEY WERE ACTING LIKE THEY WERE COOKING FOR A FOOTBALL TEAM THAT JUST WON A GAME!! SADDENING AND PATHETIC!! AND LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED A FILET OF FISH WITH THE TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE AND PAID EXTRA FOR IT, AND THEY PUT IT ON BOTH OF MY FISH SANDWICHES AND THEN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY SAID THAT MY DAUGHTER DIDN’T TELL THEM THAT SHE WANTED THE TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE, AND MADE HER FEEL LIKE IT WAS HER FAULT WHEN THE RECEIPT CLEARLY SAID 2 FILET OF FISH WITH TARTAR SAUCE ON THE SIDE!! LIKE I SAID THEY NEED TO FIRE THEM ALL AND START FRESH WITH A NEW TEAM!!
