Chillis — first time ever my son had a craving, so we made the trip. It was about 25 minutes from Westchester, but definitely worth it. The burgers had great flavor, and everything we ordered was really good. Service was top-notch — efficient, friendly, and the food came out pretty fast too. Overall, a great experience.”

I have been here twice, and each visit offered fresh food with very enjoyable flavors. The dishes were prepared well, although they were oily. During my second visit, I experienced an issue where a bug appeared at my table shortly after I sat down. I asked the server for a different table, and her response gave the impression that she was hesitant to accommodate the request. Fortunately, I was eventually moved, and the remainder of the meal was pleasant.

Past couple of times ive been here lately ive been noticing my to go orders have had some type of mistake which is an annoyance within itself but this here is nasty. I understand its chicken and finding feathers isnt unusual but this many is kind of crazy to me, the fact that one of your staff saw this still cooked and served it is a little off putting to me definitely not going back. On top of that the wings were the complete wrong flavor, which makes no sense when i had to go through 2 people to complete the order all due to the first gentleman not knowing where to find the wings on the pos system and then after repeating the order 2 times to the girl that took his place to make sure it was correct the entire order was still wrong. To put it lightly this chilis sucks

Come at 10:30 pm knowing that they close at 11 we just wanted something quick , we just entered and the server give us a dirty look , she grab the menus and dumped in the table never introduced herself , took the order never came back to ask if everything was okay , the steak and the chicken from the fajita was COLD couldn’t say anything because she was too busy talking to her coworkers and looking at her watch for the time , only came once to the table to take away the tablet, so disappointed hopefully she gets trained with more hospitality

I used to love this place back in the day but they’ve shrunk the portion size by a lot.
The skillet queso used to be FILLED to the top but now they barely give you any. As for the chicken crisper, the chicken is much smaller now.
