Worst McDonald’s on the planet been going to this location on and off for over 20 years and we have never had one good experience. The employees are just there collecting checks. Service is horrendous. Attitudes are horrendous. Food is always sloppy and cold.
Both our drinks had like two ice cubes in them.

My grandpa got us McDonald’s I got a quarter pounder with cheese I take a bite and see a hair I open it and there’s tons of hair looks like someone purposely put a bunch of hair on it totally disgusting called and he guy said I have to come show them but I don’t want too even go back this is my 2 time having a problem here and they obviously don’t wear hair nets while being a cook I’m cool on yall never coming back byee

I go to this mcdonalds before church almost every Sunday and I get the same coffee order and they nail it everytime! ive never had a bad coffee here, the fries are always fresh and the employees are so kind to me. im always in and out of the drive through within 2 minutes, most mcdonald’s take forever not this one! It took 30 minutes for me to get my food one day at the drive thru. Thought it was an off day. Next day I tried again. it took almost an hour and there were fewer cars. Food here costs more than other McDonald’s locations across town. Waste of time and money

Be very careful what you order. Don’t leave until you check the other. This MdDonalds tends to mess up orders, then will fight with you about it. Just got 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg. I got 2 egg mcmuffins. No meat at all. Even an egg mcmuffin is supposed to have ham. They purposely do this to people. Better to go to Mahoning Avenue where they actually do their jobs.

The food and customer service is always excellent at this location. Always quick too. I can’t speak for the other times of day but the morning crew is fantastic. I only ever come in the mornings on my way to work, at least three times a week if I want fries, pie, or iced coffee. Never had an issue. Grateful honestly lol because the McDonald’s in this area can be so bad. Great job folks

At around 8am on Wednesday, September 24th I went through the drive-thru as I I have every morning for the past 2 years.
I get my usual unsweetened iced tea and occasionally a sausage biscuit. I used the app, my card was charged but no drive-thru code was generated. I tried placing the order again, but wasn’t able to because the app gave me a message
“order already in progress”. I addressed this with the guy working the drive-thru, he tried to help as much as he could. (I have somewhat of a rapport with the staff because I go there every morning) When he directed me to pull up to the drive-thru window, the manager was extremely rude, short and dismissive.
I gave her my card, which was charged a second time for the item. But I wanted to explain, so I attempted to show her the error message on the app. I’m assuming she didn’t even read it, because she read it back wrong to me and twisted the words. I attempted to show her that it was taken out of my bank account , but she cut me off multiple times, shoved my iced tea at me “bye have a nice day.”
I am always a calm and respectful person. But at that point I told her in my own words how she could have a nice day and that I would never be back at that location. Nor will our company place any more large orders for our staff at that location.
I would like to also note: This is the same manager I have seen multiple times yelling at her staff on several occasions, she seems to lack any proper communication skills and emotional regulation that should be required for management – let alone people skills for dealing with customers. They are clearly unable to function in their position.

Absolute incompetence. The only consistent thing about this location is its inconsistency. The food is never fresh even if you order it fresh. They always screw up my order some way somehow. Wrong items, items not made correctly, missing items and they must be out of napkins on a permanent basis because there are never any in the bag. Totally disgusted with this location. It’s dirty not well maintained and the staff is rude and disrespectful. If you try to contact management about an issue you are treated with contempt and hostility. I’m done. I’ll be driving way out of my way from now on for McDonald’s. It’s shameful the extreme lack of customer service, quality and pride in their work. SHAME…..

Always seems to take forever to even get attended to in The drive thru. A d for somw reason in the evening it takes way longer. And I have never seen a place have more excuses for why they either don’t have ice cream or the machi e is down it ridiculous how often there is a problem at this location.
