Nothing annoys me more than the ‘Ole “ice cream machine is broken”. Tried to get a sweet tea instead… nope don’t have that either had to pull forward to wait 10 minutes to get cold fries. My mcchicken didn’t have mayo or lettuce on it. The employees and managers obviously don’t care.

It’s a McDonald’s. We went went they weren’t very busy so the food wasn’t great. The employees were younger and seemed to just be enjoying their day. One employee came out and opened the door for a customer that couldn’t do so himself which was very kind.

I ordered two Steak Egg & Cheese bagels (I’ve been eating them for years) and this time, for the first time, one of my steak pieces were not complete. I called to tell them it looks like a chunk was missing; I was told the steaks fall apart and this happens. I was handed to a manager who told me to bring the meal back (within breakfast time; it’s 9:25am and I would have to make it back in time) and they would replace it. I understand if this is policy, but this policy doesn’t take into account the fact that 1.) This isn’t my mistake. Yet I waste my time, gas, and money to rectify it. 2.) The meal was meant for my husband and now, he has to go without. I was on lunch break to bring it to him. 3.) There is no compensation to me for their mistake. I only receive the same meal, the way I should have the first time, to me and not the person who it is meant for (as I am off of my lunch break!).

As soon as I walked in the door I was informed the play area was closed. I wasn’t there for that anyways. I took my kids to the restroom and came back to order food. No one wanted to come take our order so we stood waiting awhile. There was also a person behind the counter not in uniform playing on a phone. Not a very professional environment and seems to be ran by a bunch of kids. Wasn’t comfortable enough to sit and wait on our food so I took my kids to the car while my husband waited on their food. Food was pretty okay but service was horrible.

It’s not fast food anymore at several McDonald’s. Especially at the one in Cortland. People waited up to 45 minutes inside for their food. I would have asked for my money back and left.
