I bought two junior bacon cheeseburgers and a medium curly fry and I asked for ranch and was charged $.45. Also the meat tasted old like it had been expired, had a gross taste to it, hopefully I don’t get sick. I think next time I’ll just go to the Jack-in-the-Box on camden by my house because they never charge me for ranch and I haven’t had any complaints with them.

Spent probably 40 minutes in the drive thru line to find the ice cream machine down. Got a pitiful amount of my “large” curly fries, and was not given or offered any sauce for them

ordered LOADED tiny tacos, got charged for them, and i ended up getting plain tiny tacos multiple times in a row that i’ve been here. they also never have anything.. no stuffed jalapeños no onion rings and sometimes no sauces :/

This place deserves 5 starts simply because of how delicious their Oreo milkshakes are. Top notch. But i went recently and there was one car in front of me in the drive thru and it still took like 10 minutes to get through it. Also their regular fries were not fresh. Also their curly fries are super good. Get them.

It’s a super convenient jack in the box for my to swing by in the morning, but it’s so disappointing.
The breakfast is typical microwaved food, the coffee is ok but the big annoyance is that a microwaved sandwich and a black coffee takes like 5 minutes in the drive through. It’s ridiculous.

Restroom requires a code. Went to ask about the code and they said restroom is not working. Why not at least put up a sign stating that!? Not helpful for elderly person who needed restroom.

Delicious and quick food, got the munchie meal, greasy but what do you expect? The service was great and the jack was in their box. Classic. The fries were old or something though so minus one star for them. The drive thru was quick and easy just how I like it. Overall for something that is open 24/7, it is pretty good.

Ordered 2 munchie meals. The munchie meals didn’t have tacos in them. If I remember correctly they are supposed to have tacos in them. Also drive-thru was slow, like the cashier didn’t understand what anyone was ordering.

The lady cook at night after 10pm is the best cook in fast food you can find she made my burger feel like i was eating at a restaurant. It was perfectly cooked not over cooked like most places. I suggest u come here if u r looking for a late night snake exspecially there burgers.
