I hope you don’t ever need to call for follow up. The customer service from Abby and Josh was blaming, non customer service focused and rude.
Both my sandwiches we made poorly and on with mayo when I order without substitute ranch (was charged for the substitute of ranch) and had mayo anyway. I got blamed for the order being put in wrong. Very strange place.

worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to, the customer service was horrible i couldn’t even order at the front they yelled at me told me i had to order at the kiosk. i then asked for 2 dipping sauces and i didn’t get any…i never thought it would be that hard to give someone 2 simple sauces. the fries are also horrible, they are either old or they just don’t know how to cook fries….not impressed

Late lunch time. Two dine in customers and a couple drive thru. Relatively new brick and motor location with all automated ordering equipment. Order tech is not intuitive. Three Employees visible. Manager. One kitchen type playing with her phone. One other guy trying to flirt with phone girl.
Food (quarter pounder meals) were average. Fries were soggy and lacked seasoning. Burgers were overdone (burnt black). Maybe phone girl could have put down the phone and done her job.
$20 for two combo meals seems like a rip off to me.

3 star review only because it seems like some employees don’t have some type of manners or respect. For the most part, 1 or 2 people know how to interact with customers. For example, I go in to grab my A.M. mobile order and was met with a face of disgust. I said good morning to the young lady, and received nothing but an unwelcomed feeling. I’m sure an employee from that location will see this and know who I am, as I’m a regular to that location. Maybe I should just drive up to the next location and see if it’s any different, maybe not.

I keep giving this place a chance and don’t know why I bother. I order ahead with curb side every time, and they still take ten minutes to bring out the food even after I wait a little bit to arrive to give them more time. I’ve worked fast food, I get the demands of the job, but it’s ridiculous having to wait so long for one breakfast sandwich or one burger every time. Seems like bad management, can’t even blame the employees. Wish someone would do something about the people in charge

I will probably never go to this McDonald’s again. The food wasn’t even fully cooked. I ordered a quarter pounder and about half way threw I noticed I’m eating a raw burger!! Very disgusted.

I went there on Friday use the kiosk had to ask for a receipt. Then when I got home my order was WRONG. Went back following Tuesday and again couldn’t get a receipt. It’s like this McDonald’s doesn’t think you should have a receipt. But could you at least get my order right???

Absolutely hands down the nicest people working here, clean, and fast. It’s the first time I have ever used the kiosk and they were patient with me as I had my 4yr old trying to chatter at the same time. I cannot Express how nice and efficient the staff is. I ordered something they happen to be out of (it is seasonal item) and she called the McD’s down the road to see if they had it for me. Will drive the extra miles to come here anytime!
