Order a regular quarter pounder with cheese got home it had tomatoes and lettuce on it. This location is always so slow and hardly ever get hot for that is correctly made. Fries had no salt and cold when handed out the window.

This location is always ridiculously slow. Went to get breakfast today and pulled right up to the order screen which was encouraging, but over the course of the next 10 minutes I was told multiple times to wait to order while the other lane serviced car after car. Ended up leaving without food and had to cancel my mobile order as a result. Plan on around 30 minutes to eat here.
Previously we ordered eat in and it took around 25 minutes to get our food to our table, so this was not an isolated occurrence.

UPDATED: Got 2 Egg McMuffins at 8:17 am and both were barely warm. Barely edible. Hot food is meant to be enjoyed hot. It’s as if nobody cares. So disappointing.Red flag: I like double QPC because they are supposed to be MTO.I waited until I was at drive thru to place my order. Less than 60 seconds later I had my 2QPC in a bag. Unfortunately, the QPC was barely warm and quite dry. So, if you’re not asked to pull up to the second window, chances are your QPC isn’t fres. IJS. I waited 20 minutes. I ordered 2 egg McMuffins. Both were barely warm. Usually, this McDonald’s is on point. Very disappointing McDonald’s reached out to me (see below). I clicked on the link and filled out survey and provided proof of purchase. I have attached the sad and disappointing follow-up from McDonald’s.

Waited 15mins for a chips ahoy frappe. Added Carmel drizzle and chocolate, end up with a strand of each even though I was charged for it. No cookie bits like it’s supposed to have and had almost no flavor. I’ve gotten this from 3 other places and was amazing. Please dont spend money here, better off driving 15mins to another location for actually decent quality and service.

Ordered an order online and went through the drive thru, was parked for 30 minutes and when I went in the staff was laughing at my boyfriend and I just staring saying they had the food and then threw it away. You guys need better management and a better crew because no way it takes 30 minutes for a quarter pounder. Why are there children behind the counter eating ice cream out of the garbage? 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 🙂

This is by far the worst McDonald’s branch I have ever visited. The service is extremely slow and poorly managed. Once waited nearly 15 minutes for a single order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.
What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern for customers. There was no apology, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to improve the situation.
McDonald’s is known for quick service and basic customer courtesy, but this location completely fails on both counts. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I strongly hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff. Until then, I would not recommend this branch to anyond.

Waited a while to place a dine-in order as drive thru clients seem to take preference.
Food quality sub par, fries were partially frozen/cold.
Dine in order consistently brought to patrons without napkins and straws.
Items not available often, today they didn’t have the Big Mac and ketchup.
Floors consistently sticky, every time I have ever visited. No level of staff supervision in the kids place, sometimes large groups come in and crowd the area, no rules being followed.
Be warned.

Placed a mobile app order for dine in. Arrived at the site to locked doors…7:40AM. Oh, well…got in the drive-thru I’ll just eat in the truck. More confusion there. There’s an issue with my dine-in code being recognized by the drive-thru system. They seemed to have gotten it figured out, but when I get to the pickup window…they don’t know who I am again. Fortunately a manager had it all figured out and got things moving. The person working the pickup window was clearly not trained on the system or customer facing position…he was in an apron for washing things and was trying to help too. So… everyone working there knew the dining room doors were locked…why not unlock them?

Ever since the staffing at this location changed, it’s gone downhill. No one should be forced to pull forward into an obscurely marked space and wait 15-20 minutes for a bag of fries while everyone else behind them is served first. Unbelievable.
