The drive thru wait time is almost always super long, and they often times have you pull around and wait for food, I’m not usually one to complain, I know how food service is, it’s rough, and you never know how short staffed a place is, but I often times turn off my car while waiting to take my order, even if the lines not super long it takes a while. Chicken sandwiches are always hard as hell and unpleasant. I will say the workers are super nice and friendly though. But like if you have me wait forever for a sandwich I expect it to not feel like I’m biting rubber.

Do NOT DOORDASH. IF THEY UNDERCOOK THE FOOD THEY WILL BLAME DOORDASH. MCDONALDS SCAMMING AND WONT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. DoorDash does not prepare my food. McDonald’s does. Whatever was wrong with my order — whether it was incorrect, missing, or below quality standards — that is a McDonald’s kitchen problem, not a delivery problem.
I am asking McDonald’s to take ownership of this issue and provide a resolution directly. I should not have to chase down a third party for a mistake made in your restaurant.

Dry, old, not-even warm cheeseburg, ordered with no pickle and extra onions but prepared with a pickle and exactly 2 almost-invisible-the naked-eye onion particles;
an empty fry bag;
a number, about 20 and certainly ridiculously measly, of seemingly colder-than-room-temperature loose fries in the bag; and
5 ketchup packets.
Worst fast food I’ve ever had.
Shame on anyone who helped do this or knew about it and didn’t try to stop it.

Went there and literally waited 35 mins for a dr.pepper. They cleared the whole drive threw and lobby before even asking me what I order, even gave people free stuff for there wait when they came the same time or after me. Staff are Poor mannered and have constant Attitude with eachother and customers. Truly a sad environment and a waste of my time when I just order a drink. Would recommend driving an hour away to another McDonalds before waiting an hour to get shitty service

Waited 10 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order. It was just a filet o fish meal. While I waited I watched them mess up 3 other peoples orders and ignore the customers that had to yell to get their attention. Absolutely shameful

Might be the worst restaurant slash fast food garbage I’ve ever been to. They’re absolutely awful. Food is gross, and the wait is definitely not worth it.

Drove out of my way to get 3 large coffees and a very large order to take to work at 6:44am. Parked and walked up to door to find it was locked,when I pulled on the door and the noise it made was enough to get the attention of one of the workers to turn and look at me she then turned back around without even an acknowledgement. I understand sometimes time of day and location you need to keep the doors locked and do business using the drive thru. Well due to the heighth of 9 feet to go tru the drive thru my work van would not fit. So I had no way to place a order. It was 6:45 which seemed to be a bit late for the door to be locked and no notice the lobby was closed. I drove there and walked out into the 8° weather to be ignored and not be able to get everyone’s order due to the oversight of the of the hight restriction to be able to use the drive thru. You should maybe think about how much business you lose to work vehicles being made taller than your size restriction on going thru the drive thru, plus the no sign on door and who cares attitude of your Mgr and workers is frustrating when you would like to eat and enjoy your your mornings.

Mcdonalds is always a good place to get a quick meal when you’re on the run. I use the mobile app and go to the drive thru. Its a lot easier and you get n points for free food.

I stopped at this McDonald’s around 4 in the morning and had a great experience thanks to Lorraine. She was working the drive-thru by herself, moving from front booth to back booth to cash out and hand out orders. Although the wait was longer than usual, she stayed positive, happy, and kind throughout the whole process. She still made sure my food was hot and fresh.
