Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and received 2 mcchickens. Tried calling the store for over 30 minutes and the entire staff ignored the call completely refusing to answer. You shouldn’t hire a bunch of teenagers if they are THAT afraid to answer the phone it’s REALLY not that complicated and isn’t a voluntary duty of your job. Sad and pathetic will NEVER come back here and will be reporting the store to corporate as this is MOST definitely below theur standards for operation. Ontop of the entire staff screaming at eachother while waiting for food just a total unprofessional atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other one around.

It was so nice to hear the morning supervisor being supportive and encouraging to the staff. He was honestly so nice and kind. Used words like nice job, your doing great and its ok we will get it.

I bit a fry and pulled a long piece of hair out of my mouth, my sandwich was poorly made and I had missing condiments! I normally don’t have problems with this store. However, I called the store 3 times, attempted to call corporate and could not get through which is unacceptable. My daughter is sick and I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back up there for this issue!

hair in my mcdouble AND fries. how does that even happen like genuinely. and i see so many other reviews of people finding hair in their food this establishment needs to take hygiene 1 million times more seriously than they currently do and talk to their employees. never had this issue at the Mcdonalds in Streetsboro or Kent. simply disgusting. no other words.

Horrible experience. I ordered 4 sandwiches and I cannot eat any of them. They’re all super stale bread and there’s some weird black stuff on them. The bread is literally rock hard it’s disgusting that they actually served this.

The food was cold and when I took a bite out of my double cheeseburger it had a long piece of brown hair in it the food was decent but it was a little bit cold, it took like 30 minutes for like 4 cheeseburgers . I wouldn’t buy food from this McDonalds

everytime i pick up a doordash order to deliver to a customer, the drinks are just thrown in there with no care! i just had HOT coffee spilling into my lap for a good ten minutes through the bottom of a bag im not allowed to open to fix mcdonalds employees mistake. ive had soda spilling into my lap before from the bottom of the bags, if its in their cups it will be spilling i guess

Place an order have to wait longer. No big deal until I get my food and start driving down the road and realize they don’t put my full order in the bag. Then call in to ask for a refund or what they can do and nobody ever answers the phone.
