Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and a hash hashbrown. I got an egg and cheese biscuit. Also the person at the window acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Very quiet and distant.

This McDonald’s is small compared to other locations nearby. They don’t have a place for kids to play like the one at Darrow Rd, Stow. Not very busy when we were there. But we had to stand there for a few minutes before someone in their kichen finally turned back and took our order. After that, we got our order quickly. The order area is quite small. I can’t imagine how crowded it can get at busy hours. The dinning area is on the other side of the store and just remodeled, design is modern and seats are comfortable to sit on.

Whoever owns this store, please figure out why you dont have it staffed during lunch. Writing this while waiting in the drive thru line for the last 20 mins with little to no movement. Cashier asked for a moment and still no response 5 more mins later when I asked how much longer this was gonna take…said F it and got out of line. All I wanted was a coke and waited for about a half hour all together and got nothing in the end for it. Ridiculous.

Staff more people at lunchtime if you want to continue to operate successfully as a fast food service. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with no movement. Went inside where the manager ignored the counter and was stocking Guardian boxes instead, was never even acknowledged, so we left. Two thumbs down on customer service!!

The dri-thru line of the three cars ahead of me took almost 30 minutes to go through before I finally got my mcgriddle for breakfast. That part I didnt mind so much as I understand being understaffed happens sometimes.

Told to pull up and wait for order, there was no one else in line so I don’t know what the wait was for. Opened my bag to this mess! Once I bit into the sandwich, the meat wasn’t cook! Absolutely unacceptable! Not even the fries were edible.

Run don’t walk, this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. App orders never go through, staff is very indifferent, no managers to be found or indifferent, food is disgusting, (stale buns, soggy fries, etc.) or at best, hit or miss. Breakfast is a little better than dinner, but that’s not saying much. I will drive to the Tallmadge, Akron, or Stow Micky D’s before ordering from here again. Too bad, this was once the best McDonalds around about 10 years ago when they had the baseball wallpaper. How badly things have changed.

This McDonalds always has fresh hot fries. Maybe bcz it’s so small and sometimes you will wait- but I’d rather get fresh food ANY DAY, than tired stale food thrown into a bag and flung out the window. Skip the McD on Graham or Kent Rd. Come here and enjoy your fries and hot pies.
