Just had the most horrible encounter with a manager. Tried to cheat me and my family of our fries. We ordered a large 10 piece nugget meal and the Grinch fries, the did not give the fries for the meal. When we asked for the correction the manager got aggressive and threatened to call the cops.

Waited for 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich because they take care of their drive-through first. Having been a manager at McDonald’s I know they’re trying to keep their drive-through times up but ignoring everyone else at the counter or pick ups…place my order before 11 three times got a sausage muffin. I ordered a sausage Biscuit meal. The girls going to argue with me I have my phone right there to show her and three times she brings me a McMuffin. Finally, a manager comes over and says we ran out of biscuits a while ago before 11 o’clock…. Then why are you taking orders for biscuit meals?

I really try to give the benefit of the doubt, but two times in the last couple weeks just became too much. First time I got left sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes and they didn’t take my order, to which I figured that maybe they’re just busy, but turns out there was a McArgument going on inside and they ignored the drive through.
Second time, I ordered a simple two things, a sandwich for myself, and a hotcakes for someone else. Didn’t even bother to put my sandwich in the bag… and it’s not a case of I should’ve checked the bag, there was supposed to be 2 things….couldn’t be bothered to put my sandwich in the bag. So I think I’m done with this location.

Overall, a good mcdonalds, its fairly clean, the food was yk mcdonalds lol. Everytime I got here i feel like I get fresh fries, to which im not complaining but everyone’s fairly nice and good at their job here!

Not open the hours they are supposed to be for dine in or in-store order pick up. So now I’ve been waiting over half an hour in the drive through to pick up a “grab and go” order. If your sign says open until 9, don’t lock the door until 9! It’s not that difficult.

Had a regular burger and french fries. Went thru the drive thru at lunch time. Employees were friendly and efficient. Burger was hot (and without onions and pickles as ordered ) and so were the fries. Very good!

dont let your kids work here the manager runs schemes then blames the kids. on top of that as a customer, the place is disgustingly, the food comes out slow or cold, i stood at the desk waiting to be helped while three different teens just stared at me until someone came out the back and took my order.

Third time in a row that our order has been messed up. We get charged for extra condiments and never receive them. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage, no pica salsa for breakfast burrito. Forgotten food. Was told to give them our name and they would take care of it. Was never taken care of. Never received anything
