This Mcdonalds is the best! The food is always fresh and hot now. Big improvement lately from what it used to be. The staff was very polite and welcoming as well. Not often do I get this in fast food service. Was very pleased with my experience today. Keep up the good work!

The manager amy has her employees pulling customer and waiting for their meals for way over 30min ( ive been waiting since 10:15 & i am making this review at 11am & mind you i am currently waiting on my meal still) i called she lied and told me my meals were coming and i proceeded to wait another 25mins. When i called again she stated everything was wrong instead of prioritizing her customers the appropriate way. DO BETTER AND FIND A NEW MANAGER.

Great customer service but my breakfast bagel was hard like it had either been over baked or left out, it was not edible. I stopped here on my way out of town and didn’t notice until I was on the highway. Not worth the money.

We used the drive thru; it took a while for the order ahead of us, but we received our order pretty quickly. I came just for an iced coffee, and I wished I had gone to another location. It was extremely bitter, and one cup had chunky grounds in the bottom.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I am very disappointed. Had a to go order as I was bringing food to all of my coworkers this morning to do something nice. When I took two bites into ham egg and cheese McMuffin, to my surprise the egg was green. Someone had to have noticed this when making it, and still served it. I threw the sandwich away, and my coworkers ate theirs before I could, so no telling if their egg was green too. Hope we don’t get sick.

Dined in today 10-3 at 4:30. Food came out fast and was good. Before we left we went to get a refill on our drink. Stood at the front counter, the lady working the front counter walked by us and took an order outside. She came back in and walked right passed us again. She got a DoorDash order ready and put it on the shelf. At which point she asked what I needed. I said just a refill. She turned back around and proceeded to fill four drinks and put together another order. Then she put together another order. At this point I am super frustrated. Then another employee asks her to make a coffee drink at which point she grabs the cup and starts making the coffee drink. That’s when I yelled excuse me sir to the manager, and I just asked for a refill and that I had been standing there for 15 mins. He went over to the front counter women and told her to get the drink. If you’re going to take the drinks out of the dining room,you should at least have employees that’s know how to do their job up front. Absolutely ridiculous experience today.

How in the world does McDonald’s take over half an hour to fill an order? 2 kids meals, 20 nuggets, a lg fry, and a Dr coke has never remotely came close to taking that long EXCEPT at this location. This is the 3rd visit we have made there and somehow it gets to be a longer wait each time. When we were in we saw 2 vehicles in the drive thru, then 2 customers waiting on food with us. Can’t believe it. We will not be back to that location even though the food was hot and fresh.

Every time I go here the service is terrible. Staff isn’t rude per say but they neglect their dining room customers severely and don’t give you your order. They have kiosks for orders and when I place my order I will see like 6 staff or more in the kitchens but none doing anything for front. They also ignore customers that pay cash at registers. They’ve forgotten my drinks every single time and it’ll take them 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge my existence as I stand at their counter, half the time my drinks are made in view and they just didn’t give it to me. Lots of kids that don’t care work there, one who said “do you need something” after like 20 minutes of waiting for my food as he walked around the dining room on his phone drinking a freeze. Today I had went there for breakfast and they shut off their kiosks and their mobile orders and the staff was standing around eating and some sitting in the dining room, none working so I went to another location. I run a Wendy’s as the general manager with little to no staff on my shifts and run way better with quicker and accurate service. I go here because it’s close but I’d rather drive the distance just to get at least decent service.

We paid over 40.00 for the food. 2 out of 4 of the sandwiches were made wrong. The chicken deluxe had mayo/and very little lettuce, nothing else. It was completely over cooked and dried out. The cheeseburger we ordered was supposed to have ketchup and onions. They forgot the onions. They told us to pull up. We waited almost 10 minutes. When they brought the food out they forgot the ice cream cone. We had to wait another 5 minutes. They fries were barely warm. Definitely not worth 40.00.

We dined in on a Sunday morning. Service was exceptionally fast and food hot and tasty. I wish all McDonalds were as clean and beautiful as this one. Not only is the dining area well designed, so are the bathrooms. Great all around experience!!
