My wife and I stopped by Applebees’s for a late luncheon after a full day of shopping. The Applebee’s had some nice Christmas music playing in the background and all the tables were clean and set for guests. We were happily greeted immediately and got to pick wherever we wanted to sit and chose the table away from the street. Our server offered us drinks and jokingly a shot of tequila. We decided to get the 2 for $25 meal deal as we both felt famished. My wife started with a fresh ranch house salad and the Bourbon Street chicken & shrimp. I had small Caesar salad to start and then the Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine. Everything was pretty good except my fettuccine was clumped together and had a just been microwaved texture to them. Also the chicken parm wasn’t to pleasing to my palate so I only had a couple bite of each and ate about half of my wife’s. Lol. The server noticed this and without asking, the manager came over to us and offered to remake another entre. I thankfully said that it was ok and after receiving the bill, noticed he removed the cost of the 2 for $25 and we were only charged for the drinks! I really wish all restaurants took care of their customers like this. It reminded me of how it used to be when people took pride in their work and strived to make their guests happy. Thank you Applebee’s for a nice experience. If we happen to be hungry again and in the area, we know where to go…

I recently dined at Applebee’s in Bonney Lake and was quite disappointed. While the service was good and the staff were attentive, the food was tasteless and lacked any real flavor. I went for dinner hoping for a satisfying meal, but left feeling underwhelmed. Unfortunately, despite the decent service, the lack of quality in the food means I won’t be returning. There are better options out there for a meal!

I love Applebee’s food and always tip when I dine in. However, when I get take take out I always get the tip machine given to me and since I always tip based on how good of service I receive, I just don’t think it is reasonable to be asked to tip someone who just basically put my salad in a bag… Just my opinion. I’ll always love Applebee’s oriental chicken salad and will still be back soon!

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth and Travis at Applebee’s Bonney Lake! From the moment we arrived, they made me feel like I was at home away from home. Their warmth, humility, and exceptional customer service are truly next-level. They noticed every little detail to make sure we were not just well-fed, but that our hearts were fed too.
It’s around 8:30 PM as I write this, and I’m leaving with a full tummy and an even fuller heart. After a rough day, it’s people like Elizabeth and Travis who make you feel seen, cared for, and genuinely uplifted. I know how tough the service industry is and you deal with a tough situations but not all customers return happy ! There are bad customers too ! LOL ! But they handle every situation with grace, patience, and kindness.
Thank you for going above and beyond! you made our night, and I hope this reminder brightens yours. Applebee’s is lucky to have you both!

We went to Applebee’s, Bonney Lake, to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I ordered the Prime Rib dipper. The food was very yummy, but about 2am in the morning a started going to the bathroom. I spent the next 6 hours there. My stomach was reeling and cramping. I have never had an experience like this. I’m still not feeling well and am still experiencing the cramping and bathroom use.

So I had a great experience about 3 years ago, but then a very frustrating experience a few weeks ago. I was so upset I rated 1 star and shared my experience. (It was a bad experience with a waitress not the company)
I just wanted to state that I’ve deleted my previous review. A manager from our home store personally called me and spoke to me. His name I believe was Dave. I really appreciated the personal call and asking more questions as well as making sure we come back. Anyways, I really really appreciate the fact that Applebees and Dave took the time to reach out to me and ask what was going on. In a busy world it’s nice Dave took time out of his day to call us. So I’d love to give Applebees 5 stars because no one’s perfect but they did their best to fix a wrong and we WILL be showing up at our home store here soon. Thank you Dave and Applebees for making us feel like you care about our experiences genuinely (:

I love going there late at night for half price appetizers. It’s usually very calm, all the staff are very friendly, and overall it’s just a really nice place to go. A special shoutout to Jake, he is always super awesome whenever we have him as our server.
