Me and my Family were approached by this gentleman from corporate. He proceeded to ask a question with clear implication that he assume we were there to simply take up space. “Are you guys going to be ordering” as we were finishing some paperwork before we ordered and when we asked why’d you ask that he gave us excuses that we 6 “make the restaurant look busier than it is.” Along with something else that was intelligible. I cannot see how us with plenty of open table around us is a bad thing for your establishment. Regardless it was a rude assumption and am plenty tempted to go to Wendy’s right next door.

Just got oof a dbl shift and went through the drive thru at 1046pm. My fries are not even Luke warm. I would have waited for fries people. I know you are tired. Me too! But ask me to wait or say we don’t have fries. Don’t charge me full price for cold food. What would your mom say if she paid for this ?? Thanks for nothing girls!

Really shocked to read all these irate reviews. I’ve been going here several times a week for a year and have never had a negative experience. The one single time there was a minor problem with my order the manager was super nice and remade it for free the next time I came in. The staff are always friendly and professional, place is very clean. It’s miles above the other fast food stores in Burbank. I go to a lot go restaurants and there is nothing wrong with this one at all, in fact it’s on of the best.

Incompetence. Manager seriously wanted to argue with me. I was just a simple traveler grabbing some drinks. The M.O.D. need some retaining. Idk if she was having an awful day but it is no excuse to be treating guests like crap. And the place stunk like crap (literally). No wonder. :/ I would be having a bad day too.

I stop at least once a week with my daughter before school. This morning I did a mobile order that showed paid. When i got there they said they’re not technically open but would take care of it. 10 mins later, they came out and said nothing they could do :/

The cooks have got some serious training to do . All I asked for was a triple cheeseburger with extra cheese and regular onion . It was like the ENTIRE box of onions was dumped on it I scraped them off and only ate the patties . I added photos to the photo section so you can see
