Had a delightful dinner here to celebrate our anniversary. Bruno provided us with the most amazing service for our special night and every part of our meal was fantastic! Even the ambiance was beautiful and the ONLY negative for us was that the music is very loud which makes it hard to hold a conversation. Otherwise, it was a perfect night.

Lovely meal for our last night in Miami. Always enjoy it here. Dim Sum, Char South, XO fried rice! All delicious! Great service from Bruno the adventurer! Very personable and excellent service! Highly recommend!

Awesome food and cocktails! I really recommend the salad, dim sum; and if you are into seafood – scallop, lobster and stone crab are a must-try! The lychee negroni and lychee martini are pleasant surprises.

I came in with very high expectations due to the restaurant’s Michelin recognition, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to it.

The food was extremely overpriced for the quality and, sadly, not tasty at all. As someone who enjoys Cantonese cuisine, this was easily one of the most disappointing Cantonese meals I’ve had. The flavors were flat, and nothing stood out in a positive way.

The service was okay, polite and professional, but service alone cannot compensate for food that doesn’t deliver—especially at this price point.

Overall, the expectations were high and the reality fell very short. I truly don’t understand how this restaurant received Michelin recognition based on the food quality.

The beef short ribs were flooded with sauce, but had no taste or flavor. The lobster dumplings were made to look like goldfish and tasted like fish with minimal flavor. The orange chicken was the worst orange chicken I’ve ever seen in my life. It was simply overly fried chicken breast, chopped up with orange slices on a plate. The sweet-and-sour prawns were rubbery, frozen shrimp. The Seabass was probably the best thing that we had and it was mid at best. Very disappointing restaurant. If you’re a foodie who likes great quality food this is not the place for you.

Always love coming here for cantonese dishes and sexy atmosphere with my husband. We always get the dim sum and the hot and sour soup is the only best. We enjoy that fact that you can have Lobster with garlic and ginger prepared how you want it, we enjoy it steamed. I highly recommend it! Thank you Bruno for the great service and the enthusiasm.

I wasn’t sure what to order as it was my first time here. Bruno was very knowledgeable and suggested a few plates. I definitely went with his recommendations and they were amazing. Better than I could have imagined. Great service, atmosphere, and food. I will definitely be back.

This place was so amazing that I came back a second night during my vacation for another dinner. Literally everything was perfect and a culinary experience I want to enjoy again. The drinks (Chinese mule), the dim sum, the tofu dish, orange chicken, and
Sichuan chicken were incredible.

Even the restaurants decor and ambiance was stunning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience – Bruno Made Our Night!

We had the most incredible dinner at Hakkasan and I have to start by saying: Bruno absolutely made the experience. He is genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. Attentive, warm, fun, upbeat, charming — he just has that rare combination of professionalism and personality that elevates the whole evening. His recommendations were spot on, and you can tell he truly cares about his guests. Hakkasan is lucky to have him; honestly, he should run his own restaurant one day.

The food was exceptional — yes, it’s expensive (our total was $588 for two), but it’s one of those rare places where you really do get what you pay for. Every single dish was flawless.

We started with the Yellow Lotus cocktail on Bruno’s recommendation and it was divine. From there, the meal just kept getting better.
• Beef ribs: absolutely phenomenal — soft, tender, rich. Bruno told us they’re cooked in tea and go through a three-step process, and you can taste the care in every bite.
• Dim sum platter: excellent.
• Half Peking duck with caviar: genuinely the best Peking duck I’ve ever had — worth every penny.
• Seabass: perfectly cooked, delicate, full of flavour.
• Hakka noodles: incredible — simple but executed to perfection.

Not a single fault all night, the food was exceptional, the ambience gorgeous, Music is absolutely absolutely outstanding, I kept hitting Shazam to try and find the songs, really chilled Ibiza vibes, and all of the right volume, Music is honestly amazing here, we want to dance is that good, but we could still hold a conversation without shouting . Bruno made the evening unforgettable. Hakkasan should hold onto him tightly — he is an absolute asset.

We’ll definitely be back. ✨

I don’t usually leave harsh reviews, but Hakkasan earned this one. The menu had wrong sauce translations, so ordering felt like solving a puzzle no one asked for. Then came the lamb rack—basically raw, chewy, and impossible to enjoy and we felt funny afterwards. No warning on the menu, no heads-up from the server, nothing. The dim sum platter was the final disappointment: four pieces that only looked different but tasted exactly the same. For the price they charge, this meal felt like a very expensive prank. And none of were full at the end, we had to have a second dinner.
