Ordered at the drive through. Asked for a quarter pounder with no salt or pepper on the meat as the person I was ordering for has issues with seasonings. Well it had the seasoning on it and we ended up at the ER for allergic reaction to it. Manager only said sorry and offered a refund but used my points for it. So no resolution was come to by the end of the conversation. Sad that service is so lacking at this McDonald’s as this was our family’s go to for fresher food than the others in surrounding areas. On the positive the guy at the window collecting money was delightful and so kind.

Every table was dirty, the trash cans were overflowing. It’s 6-730pm, your rush came and went – now clean the place up. It can’t stay dirty till the closers clean, that’s disgusting.
When we first walked through the door there were two employees sitting and eating (probably on break), but when we saw that the place was filthy dirty (I mean gross) and you had employees (even on break) sitting around, this isn’t the place we want to eat. Got some drinks and sides instead. Put some man hours in, and then put some pride in and you could be a 4 or 5 star instead of 2 tops. 2 stars is actually generous, but the staff was friendly – looked bewildered, but friendly.
And I forgot, who’s genius idea is it to put the tablets right by the overflowing trash cans? I especially want my kids playing next to overflowing trash – that keeps me coming back.

Went specifically for the Grinch meal which they said they had and when we got to the window had messed our order up so bad we waited in line for 10 minutes when they told us they didn’t have the Grinch salt and everything was cold. Tried to help them fix our order and no one would listen to us. We’ll never go back.

Sad excuse of a ranch wrap. I got the meal and there was hardly any lettuce or cheese on my wraps and the fries were halfway full and cold. My dr pepper tasted like rootbeer/coke soda water. I come through here often and havent been disappointed like this before.

WORST McDonalds ever. This location must have the laziest manager that he/she cannot motivate and organize the workers. They don’t listen to what is being ordered and obviously they don’t care. I just came back from there. Ordered a double hamburger. It came plain. No pickle. No onion. No ketchup. Didn’t ask for it that way but I guess there’s too much rocket science involved. When I worked at McDonalds, employees were instantly FIRED by the owner for performance like this group.

I walked into the bathroom and it was not as clean as it should have been. Their toilet was literally leaking on the floor from behind the pipes and I didn’t have any other option but to stand in it. I ordered breakfast online at 10:35, I waited in line for a HALF HOUR to be told breakfast is over. I already paid for my food online but they refused to give it to me. I literally watched them drop like 10 hash browns in the fryer as they were telling me breakfast is over too. They took my money and refused to give me my food. When I told them I need a refund they told me to leave or they will call the cops. I literally had to call the police to get my refund. This has been the most insane experience I have ever had at a fast food place.

Ordered & paid on the Kiosk , waited 25 mins patiently , then was told they didnt have my order , no follow up in between at all . Only went in because the drive thru was to the street . I was calm as can be until the waste of space manager said she didnt have time for me when I was getting alittle mad . There’s alot disgusting things that go on at that McDonald’s….beware !
