Been a while for fast food and decided to stop at this McDonald’s for lunch. Nice and clean and great staff. We messed up our order and manager gave us the wraps we missed and didn’t charge us. Nice to see great customer service is still available! Highly recommend a stop.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered chicken nuggets and was told I had to pay extra for dipping sauce, yet no sauce was included with my nuggets to begin with. I was charged for it. On top of that, both the nuggets and fries were cold. There was no acknowledgment at the window, no receipt provided, and overall just poor service. Very frustrating experience.

This specific location was kind of difficult to get to because of the busy intersection.

As I stood waiting for my order I watched the person in grill counting out my 10 nuggets with his thumb and forefinger as it was challenging getting to 10. Then he took number 11 with same gloved hand and ate it. Then went back to counting nuggets into containers again. I got a refund after 10+ minutes. Avoid this dirty unsafe food environment!

Absolutely terrible… Staff that doesn’t acknowledge or welcome you, to management that does not manage… The order taker did not listen to what was ordered, did not repeat the order, and just wanted to take the money and move on to socializing… The manager just took the attitude that all is fine, and there is “no way” the staff made an error… Rather than trying to make it correct. What happened to customer service… McDonald’s is failing, and this location is a prime example of management not managing and franchisees only interested in collecting the cash. They deserve to fail, they have lost track of the importance of their customers.

This place is awesome, they always take care of me when I come in. They have great atmosphere and have very friendly employees. The GM of the store is very dedicated to the store, always looking for ways to improve the store and the stuff are pretty much on point with orders rather they be store, curbside, online or drive thru. Today is their employee appreciation day and the inside of the location looks great. If there’s ever a problem, they will make it right, just ask. I don’t go to any other McDonald’s.

The guy at the first window this evening wasn’t even in uniform, he was wearing an inappropriate Playboy sweatshirt that featured a woman displayed sensually that I didn’t really appreciate my kids seeing. The girl at the second window was very kind and helpful! But the food was also not fresh and that was a bummer.

Waited in line for 15 minutes after placing a mobile order for a fillet O Fish, the bun was rock hard and it had mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce it was inedible.
