This store does not care about its customers, I went during the night shift. The girl full of piercings that claimed to be a manager is highly unprofessional, she laughed when I first made my order because I had asked for the price. Then I asked for a Diet Coke and she gave me coke twice and rolled her eyes when I had to say something about it. There are people that have diabetes and it wouldn’t have been so funny then if something had then happened to me. This store owner really needs to check on this female, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. She has piercing all over her face and her name starts with a C because frankly she couldn’t give me her name. Please someone has to resolve this issue. I will never come here again due to how poorly staff treats its customers, and I will for sure let friends and family know to not come to this establishment. I called to tell them about what happen and they did not care or offer me a refund or even apologize. Never again.

These people are really bad at their job, their drive through has parked five cars in there parking lot all waiting on food. When I pulled up the guy cussed through the speaker, not knowing we heard them. They were not cussing at us. Then they tried to hand us the wrong order after waiting over 10 minutes. What’s the point of a drive through?

We waited over 30 minutes for food through drive threw after ordering off the mobile app. Multiple cars came and went. All we ordered was 2 burgers and 2 fries. Now we have to wait on a refund through the app because the store wouldn’t make it right. Never got the food and won’t be coming back. This is what I get from trying to switch from McDonalds to Burger King.

I’m very upset , when I started to order on drive thru the women was so rude idk if it was bc she couldn’t understand what I was asking for or what but to make it easier I asked for someone who speaks in Spanish but she said there was nobody and she really was trying to rush me on ordering , I wasn’t even done ordering and she was already telling me to go to the window and once I was at the window she was rude on asking what else I was trying to order and ordered what I was missing and she rudely sent to the door way and then someone who speaks Spanish brought my food to me . But yet other than that they gave me my order wrong . I feel like all this was due to her rushing me and her being rude to me . I asked for two cheeseburgers only ketchup and they gave me this . And the rest of my order I wanted a larger meal but since she was rushing me I wasn’t even able to order my order how I wanted it .

Come to burger king when it’s not busy ay around 10:45 pm.And have to wait 15 or twenty minutes every time I come. Now I don’t know what they’re doing, but you should never have to wait that long when it’s not busy.And you’re the only car in the drive through. Then, half the time.Your order is not right. They’ve left out my onion rings twice.Get home and they’re not in the bag. They owe me a refund or my onion rings. I order double hamburgers every time with no cheese and always get cheese on there. Somebody needs to answer me back. Because I want to refund on two onion rings and two of the hamburgers.They messed up, I don’t eat cheese.

I ordered 4 kids meals. I was understanding of the coke being out so I could make different selections. I received 2 cheeseburgers with no meat in them just cheese and ketchup. I also ordered 2 of the 6 piece nugget meals, and didn’t get them in one of my bags. They didn’t give me any dipping sauce or straws either. If I needed to wait longer for things to be finished I could have pulled up and waited. This was just terrible service, and of course I wasn’t given a receipt to be able to go through their customer support.

I generally love burger king and this is not to bash any employees here, They have always been friendly to me when I’ve eaten in and helpful when my food didn’t come as ordered. I am more concerned about food safety procedures here. I understand sometimes people don’t see blemishes, whether it’s because they’re tired or having a busy night, accidents happen and I am not one to complain about not having the right toppings or getting one item mixed up.. But I will say it is extremely concerning when my food has mold on it. My partner’s sandwich had two top buns, one of which had a very noticeable green patch of mold. This raises worry about expiration dates being checked, I don’t know how old my food was and since one of the buns was moldy we did not eat the chicken sandwiches out of concern for sickness. I work in food service, and the employees here are wonderful, I have never had any bad experiences before this. I ordered through doordash, but this is not an issue with my dasher rather the food safety checks. I am unsure if I will be ordering at this location again.

I really dislike that every single time I come to this location, they make me pull up and I have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes minimum to get my order even though online it says it was ready within 5 minutes of ordering. You guys are trying to lie on your ticket times and it’s honestly such a bummer to see y’all have to cheat the system to seem successful. The most annoying part is I see someone that pulled up behind me and ordered at the speaker get their food withing 2-5 minutes of ordering. What’s the point of ordering online if the service isn’t going to be faster than ordering at the speaker? On top of that, I’ve had to go in a few times and ask for part of my order because they forgot even though they always pull me up and take their sweet time. What’s the point of asking me to pull up if you aren’t going to have the order be right and on time? The food is alright. Sometimes it’s hot and other times it’s barely room temperature. You guys have to do better, coming from someone who’s spouse runs a successful restaurant.
