I don’t come here often but every time I do there’s a problem. They take forever to answer on the speaker. They always have attitudes. If you hate your job get another. Don’t get mad because YOU weren’t listening to what the customer ordered. I ordered a medium they gave me a small. It wasn’t one the screen for me to even double check so I could even correct them, they just told me to pull around. Then proceeded to get upset because they didn’t ring it in correctly.

It’s always weird to go into a place where the manager is allowing a disgruntled customer choose any and all order of operations for the business. Management has absolutely no control or influence of who gets food first, and if you go to eat inside, I unfortunately have to inform you the average wait my wife and I have had for the food is over 30 minutes.

I ordered food on the app at 10:15 AM. Got there checked in and sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes. No one came on speaker, pulled up to window and 5 minutes later they hadn’t even seen the order. Took another 10 minutes then food was cold. Will never stop here again avoid at all costs. 🙁
