As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s an addoction of mine so I keep coming back. But… The awkward 3-way stop upon exiting makes leaving a pain. When they use the delivery/online order lane for employee parking, there’s no way of knowing that, until you’re well up into the bottleneck. Thank goodness for backup cameras as you ease out of that lane.

I have been here time and time again and have received the best service. Until now. I ordered 2 bosswich sandwiches (just the sandwiches), one big deal value meal, a 6 piece mozzarella cheese sticks, and an 8 piece chicken tender by itself. I ordered through Uber Eats. That cost us almost $100. The store is very close to me. I stay in Camp Creek. Maybe a mile or so away from the location. The bosswich sandwiches were not as advertised AT ALL. Mind you, I love this location of checkers very much. Always fresh, hot, outstanding customer service, and punctual. I am extremely disappointed in what I received, especially paying what I did. Stop false advertising, please.

Very rude black female with RED HAIR. She didn’t even say hello or hear us ask for more ketchup…. Need to get rid of people like this. They MAKE THE WHOLE COMPANY LOOK BAD. $56 for 4 meal os in itself ridiculous, the ATTITUDE of the clerks males it even worse. They force you to talk to the computer generated system which seems TO ALWAYS & FAIL to produce the Large upgrade for .40 cents more. This time I was intentional about asking for 3 LARGE BIG Buford meals, was ask about the upgrade. When we got to the window the “chick” (trust me I am being tooo kind) was making Medium drinks. I mentioned I asked for Large she replied with an attitude it says Medium. I repeat I asked for & will pay for Large (I dont know why the only give you more ice in the drinks anyways ♀️ but the fries are worth it to us.) We go back & forth which is GOOFY, I asked for it & willing to pay, her job is to take care of the customers….whats the problem? There was a sidebar discussion inside & she returns with an even UGLIER ATTITUDE with an additional total for nearly $6.oo they decided to make all 4 meals Large although the ask was for 3 Large meals & the 4th was for 2 fo 6 deal…whatever TAKE THE MONEY & LET ME AND MY FAMILY LEAVE. TO BE THAT LOUD AND WRONG & CHARGE SOMEONE SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. Worse location I’ve ever visited. It was my first time in 7 years. I happened to just be in the area and was craving Checker’s. Could have gotten treated better at the McDonald’s next door. The attitudes of the staff were so rude & off putting that I literally lost my appetite. Good, as the fries were very over cooked, almost burnt, so much that they did not taste like Checker’s signature fries. They were also extremely salty. My first mind was right to not even order fries as they are always flawed at most fast food restaurants. I bite into the burger after eating the horrifying fries and felt something crunchy. I inspect the sandwich more thoroughly and the patty is burnt around the edges to the consistency of biting into a gemstone. I ordered the 2 for $4 deal as I am on a budget. And added a small fry against my better judgement. Because I ordered cheese on my two burgers, the price skyrocketed. 59 cents x2 for adding cheese to the burgers. Understandable I suppose. I questioned & tried to change my order before paying, adding a drink as the sign said “2 for $4. Add $2 and make it a combo.” Just trying to get more bang for my buck. The order total was even more without the drink so why not? The wait in the drive thur was ridiculous. Half an hour nearly, with 7 cars in front of me. I can’t imagine the wait had I walked up to the window. I finally get to the window and I ask to slightly modify my order. It is never my intention to make it difficult for the employees. The woman at the window, basically goes “She wants to change her order, I can’t do that..” and walks away to get who I assume was a manager. I’m thinking “why not? I haven’t paid.” I’m only adding a drink. A male comes back and explains to me the dilemma. He’s equally rude. It is eventually straightened out but the attitudes I had to experience from those two, greatly upset me. They both made annoyed faces the entire time. Maybe don’t let the customer know you would rather not be there dealing with them? I get the feeling but conceal, don’t feel. They also acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to add one thing to an order that’s already made and unpaid for after I’ve waited 30 minutes. I told the female cashier, ‘thank you’ twice and got no response. Only a window slammed in my face. Excuse me for remaining polite even though I did not experience the same. So overpriced bad food and even worse humans. If I had a time machine, I would not do business or spend my hard earned money at this location. Also, should’ve read the reviews because they are 100% accurate. TERRIBLE. In a perfect world, I would be getting a refund.

It wasn’t a good visit this time. We went there after church to order brisket sandwiches, and even though our order was taken, we came to the window and was told there was no brisket anymore. We changed our order to glozilla, and it was just tasteless. The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because of the friendly and courteous employees!

My experience here was horrible. I ordered the mix and match meal. I wanted two chili dog fries and a drink. I told them no chili just ketchup and mustard only. I confirmed by asking what comes on the chili dog they said ketchup and mustard only. I said okay. I got to the window, got my food, and checked my hotdog it had ONIONS on it. I waited 3 minutes for someone to come back to the window and I told them I DID NOT want onions. The person in the back making food came up to the window with an ATTITUDE and said “YOU DIDN’T SAY NO ONIONS” I proceeded to tell her I asked what comes on the hotdog and ONIONS was not mentioned. She snatched the bag and took the hotdogs out the bag and put them “grease” I thought the were GRILLED hotdogs and sent them back out without anything on them. I then asked her where is the ketchup and mustard for the hotdog. She then argued I said no ketchup and mustard. I was over it then so I asked for ketchup and mustard packets. She gave me ketchup and said “ WE DONT HAVE NO MUSTARD, GOODBYE” and closed the window. This is the most unprofessional place ever. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I’m on vacation in the Atlanta area. Definitely ended horribly with this unprofessional mess. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
