This is a recurring issue: ordered a BACON, egg & cheese Mcgriddle. Received SAUSAGE, egg & cheese Mcgriddle. Order kiosk showed correct item. Cashier read back the correct order. Receipt showed all items properly AND tag stuck on the bag was also correct. What was in the bag wasn’t…
My wife cannot eat sausage as the spices disagree with her (all sausage, mot just McDonald’s) and she has to take it out to eat the rest of sandwich. This has happened on more than one occasion AND after we had to pull up and wait as well!
A second, unrelated issue: are your employees specially trained to put fries in the bag upside-down???
On the whole this is our go-to place. The new location is so much easier to get into and out from. The staff is terrific and, except as noted above, usually error free.

When this moved from across the street, my first thought was “Horay! Traffic won’t be in the street anymore!” Better location, and, two drive-through lanes. Initially this was a decent McDonalds. However, in the past two months, the quality of food has declined. I’ve tried the Double Cheeseburger on five occasions since January 2026 and every time they are so salty I have to stop after the second bite and they end up in the trash. I’ve asked other people to try the same burger and they also state how salty they are. Big Mac – was so sloppily put together that it fell apart, bun was soaked in sauce. Fries have been hit-or-miss. Service used to be excellent at the drive-thru. Now it take up to five minutes to get just a Diet Coke. Not sure what’s going on with this location, but they used to be better. Therefore, they *can* do better.

I only dine in so can’t speak to the drive through but I want to say that this might be the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
Smart and friendly staff.
Service is fast.

I’ve been here five times now and the food is great consistently. I’ve been to fancy McDonald’s where the food wasn’t as good and the prices were ridiculous. But here, they have their act together.
I wouldn’t leave a review is I wasn’t impressed.

This is the best McDonalds I’ve been to in the mornings. As a dasher we don’t always get treated good and with kindness but at this store there’s a lady Patty that I sincerily love so much, she’s always has a smile on her face not a day she don’t greet me with a beautiful smile and I wish there were more workers like her. I just want to say thank you, and please don’t judge everyone as per one not everyone is the same!

Might be great in the morning but not so much after 9pm. Waited for cold old fries & cold old cheeseburgers. I will never go here again after 9pm. Usually when you wait it’s because fresh food is being prepared. Not so much here. Staff was nice

I give this McDs 5 stars because it’s pretty good. I mostly get Ice Coffee with a sandwich here and there. Customer service is excellent here as they are very attentive and will gladly replace or fix a bad order. Busy store but the hand out times are pretty fast most of the time. Atmosphere is like any other McDs and cleanliness seems to be handled very well like clean tables sometimes even see them hosing the pavement outside. Some hard working people at this location. That’s for sure.

Never leave a review. However, the man running the drive through was unnecessarily rude. Like I was an idiot for ordering a #2 without telling him what drink I was getting simultaneously. Weirdly rude. Next person behind me I heard him being loud with them too for no reason as well. I hope just a bad day and he is not always like this. Other two workers were very kind just him.

This place always has issues with the code along with workers that refuse service for simply asking them to swipe the card a second time after not working the first time. I️ don’t like to blame service workers but to a point there’s truly incompetence here. You’ll ask for a manager and they will out right refuse.

Usually don’t leave bad reviews, but after sitting for 20 minutes in the drive through(because 1 of 2 drive throughs was blocked by their delivery truck at 5pm the busiest time of the day) they completely got the order wrong. If I wanted to sit in the drive through for another 20 minutes in 95° heat they probably would’ve fixed it, but ill just go to a competent McDonald’s instead.
