This McDonald’s is consistent with all other McDonald’s. The food is fine for fast food. The prices are low. The service was friendly and fast. We dined in and we did have to pass up several tables that needed to be wiped down before we found one that looked really clean. There was also a bit of food on the floor too, like stray fries.

I order off of the app every once and awhile, I did tonight and the app says they stop taking orders at 11pm. I order and it goes through, then I pull up, was greeted and then ignored. I continued to the window and some lady who I’m guessing was the manager was very rude, was no help, yelled through the window “lights off were closed”. If you’re in fact closed then why on earth was your location still available to order through? A waste of time and gas. And terrible customer service. I won’t be back.

McDonald’s isnt the same. I understand working with the public cant be a horrible experience at points, I’ve managed a McDonald’s for 5 years, so I first hand understand what goes on in the BOH and dealing with irrational people but there is no custom service anymore. Majority of the workers dont want to be there and it’s very noticeable when dealing with them anymore. Fries are never hot, or over salted due to lack of cleaning or no salt because no one wants to clean the fry bin again. You can tell the oil is over used( by coloration) and the textures dont seem to have the “Golden Arch” standards. Nuggets are old most of the time and rubbery consistency after dealing with the poor service followed by poor quality food, we rarely eat out of our kitchen in a long time. When going inside, it takes up to 5 minutes for your order be taken or to even be acknowledged. Most if the time, the counter people’s body language and posture, and the way the greeting goes, you feel more like a burden being there than helping keep their business afloat and helping them receive a paycheck. Once and a while I come across good people with great service and those are the ones the company loses because they dont give them enough to keep them there, those are the ones overworked with a small pay and you lose them. I cant blame the employees, but the employers who run the business. Leadership starts from the top to the bottom and it seems as if the people on the bottom are the ones doing the most but get the least, and overall, that’s why I think McDonald’s has changed.

Not only did I wait nearly 10 minutes for a simple McDouble with no onion but when I finally received my order it wasn’t even warm. Not to mention, when I used the restroom there was poo on the toilet seat and no soap in the soap dispenser. I couldn’t even read my receipt to do the survey so my review is now going on Google. Never again.
