I went to this McDonald’s location today and had breakfast and it was really great. The food was hot and fresh to the table, so much that the Sausage McGriddle I ordered was so hot I almost burned my hand. Not really, but you know what I mean. I came around after 10:00 AM after the morning rush was over and the service was really good. Also, it was good to see new employees that know what they are doing, doing a really great job. I would recommend that if you come in for breakfast at this location, do so after the morning rush, around the 10:00 AM hour before the change over to the lunch/dinner menu.

9-21-25 @ 4:26pm, I ordered the special gold deluxe mcrispy at drive thru originally, she was rude had zero customer service about her at all, I work in retail so I understand working with the public isn’t always easy and very frustrating at times but I never show my irritation to customers. I called once I got home and saw it was just a mcrispy with pickles, I spoke to the manager and he was polite. He advised I could return with item and receipt and receive correct sandwich. Once placing the order with the manager in store I waited 20 minutes, after I was told it would be 5, for the sandwich and for it to STILL BE WRONG. It had lettuce, mayo and pickles, not the bacon and tomato and gold sauce so I just took the sandwich as it was and the mgr had them give me tomato and bacon on the side. Had to tell them to put them in separate boxes and to put more of the items in the boxes than they tried to put in.

While I was waiting I watched a line cook shoving food in his mouth with gloved hands and go back to making food. How is this sanitary!? You just jammed your fingers and a mouthful of food in your face and went back to making people food!? So he is completely contaminating food with bodily fluids. To the owner watch your cameras in your kitchen between 4:55 pm and 5:08 pm on Sunday September 21st 2025. I highly doubt that is the only time the cook has done this. It’s unsanitary and disgusting.
I do not leave reviews good or bad ever, but this was just the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant in my life and I’m 47! I think others need to know what is happening where food is prepared.

Service and Atmosphere shouldn’t even get a 1. You want to go inside, pick up a quick beverage or two? 8 minute wait for 3 empty cups hastily tossed onto a drink carrier. Beverage station, filthy. Think gas station beverage trough. Reviews like these are long overdue as public acceptance for such poorly run operations are at an all time high. Last few years have really opened alot of eyes to the filthy conditions that food is being prepared in while workers aren’t even wearing proper footwear. Sinking ship in every sense of the word.

Can’t seem to always get my order right. No pickles or tomatoes? They add them anyways. Order a hot cake meal? Forgets the biscuit and shoves everything into a mcrispy box. Not to mention they are never busy when it there or picking up an order, other than being busy on their phones or goofing off. You don’t want to work? Then don’t work. But please stop messing up people’s orders just because you’re not happy.

I picked up food for the grandkids via the drive thru. The employee at the window was a very pleasant young man. I appreciated his attitude and friendliness. Otherwise the food was as expected. They didn’t offer ketchup for my large fries.

Eggshells in wife’s mcmuffin cut her throat. Do yall even fresh crack eggs? Not very well apparently, if you disagree that would make it malicious. At least answer the phone to fix your mistakes. Staff is trash, they will leave you waiting at the intercom 45 minutes. And then after telling you wait. They tell you they don’t have it or they’re closed. This is complete bs, especially in a nicer neighborhood. Don’t ever come here!

I placed a mobile order. McDonald easily took my money, but when I pulled up with my access code, the front end manager was EXTREMELY rude. The mobile app apparently is not working, and he took out all of his frustrations on me. This isn’t the first time. The guy needs a new job.
