222nd in Euclid OH is the worst McDonald’s to go to especially at night. October 16th 2025. I ordered #4d large meal and 10pcs large nuggets meal. First they give me six small fries, I had to return. Then my sandwich wasn’t correct either. I think they were trying to steal monopoly pieces cause they had a problem when I went to get my order corrected. So if you visit the 222nd in Euclid McDonald’s please check your order thoroughly

Ounce again at McDonald’s on Denison had a decent size order explained real slow I thought we were good until I got to the pay window I went over my order again she had that look like she was confused got to the pick up window not get the young lady confused I gave her the receipt she look then look the bag.gave.me.the bag.I looked I was short.a sandwich told me to pull down a manager came out.she got my.receipt and went she sad the lady at the window said I had everything. I sat there over 20 minutes a guy was on break he asked what were we waiting on I told him he came back and said they gave it to me another lady had to go inside to when I went inside the manager that took my receipt was working on other orders another lady gave me my sandwich my coke turned into a diet coke.I dont what is the problem maybe they can’t handle alot of customers. They keep that up that 3.6 is going to drop

Ordered hotcakes with sausage and a biscuit(for that sausage). Only get the hotcakes and sausage. It was super cold. Not even the butter would melt. The one taking my order was rude! Probably woke up on the wrong side of bed. Definitely a horrible experience when I was craving McDonald’s breakfast.

I was missing a sandwich from my order. I never left the store I pulled right back around to have the order corrected. They did not want to check the bag instead just got mad and said “I made that order so I know it’s in there but I’ll give it to you anyway” ridiculous what do I have to lie about a sandwich for. Still gave me the wrong sandwhich.

Wow!!! What a beautiful improvement this McDonald’s has made!!! Spacious & clean with vases on most tables along with tablets on 2 tables. Love the way you are greeted with a smile it is your turn to order. Ok other McDonald’s time to step up!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is due to the sweet tea and biscuit for breakfast and most of the time great food and service… the chicken in the biscuit was sad. McDonald’s should rethink that chicken and biscuit and try again
