Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to pickup. Thought this was supposed to be FAST food? If it’s going to take 20 minutes it better be gourmet which we all know it isn’t. Not to mention I HAD to use the drive thru cause they locked the lobby early. As they usually do. Clearly run by people without proper training. That place needs help BAD.

I was at this McDonald’s yesterday at 9:01 pm . I was picking up a doordash order witch told me on my end that it was ready but it was not when i got inside so I waited about 15 to 20 minutes. So i thought why i was there i would order 3 cookies to eat on my run boy talk about getting 3 cookies together in a bag that took about 15 to 20 minutes. The thing i do not understand stand if you have that many people working there why does it take so dam long to put and get things together well I will tell you why for one the night shift was playing around one girl was eating a pie where the food comes out in it’s paper to put in the bag for one that is a no no the other person throws my cookie to the other person and lands on the dam floor witch i hope that did not end my bag who ever that manager is at this mcdonald’s needs to have a talk with the crew or something because. How they were acting was ridiculous plus my cookies were hard as a brick i was dissatisfied i used to work with food and i know how things should be.

Around 10:30 on oct 16 2025, Black kid that brought out the food at tonight’s service either didn’t care or had one brain cell. He tried to give me the wrong order three times I then give him my receipt to show him what I got and he still came out with the wrong things. I just gave up and took it. If this kid can’t even handle a bare minimum fast food job. Good luck in real life bud.

I visited my local McDonald’s recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the poor customer service I encountered.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was met with a lack of greeting from the staff, which set a negative tone for my visit. After waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, I finally reached the counter, only to be met with an indifferent attitude from the employee taking my order. It felt as though they were rushed and overwhelmed, which might have contributed to their inattentiveness.
When I attempted to ask a question about a menu item, the staff member responded curtly and seemed impatient, which left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that fast-food environments can be hectic, but courtesy and respect should always be a priority, regardless of how busy it gets.
After placing my order, I was given the wrong meal. When I approached the counter to address the mistake, the employee seemed annoyed and made me feel like I was the problem rather than acknowledging the error. The lack of apology and willingness to correct the mistake only added to my frustration.

I went for a grinch meal, staff very nice told me they were sold out.They told me they sold 3 million don’t think that was in lakewood. They have two drivethru boys but the one is for online app orders only so by the time u get to the window you can’t order. So I left in search of a grinch meal.

The male manager this morning really needs to read the room. Ya never know who’s watching and listening. Being a jerk to your employees is the worst way to boost morale. Talking down to the elderly ladies working there shows how you made it nowhere in life and take it out on other people. I won’t be back.

No stars, one of the worst McDonald’s in the city!! They are super slow and they move like sloths! I ordered breakfast and didn’t get it until after 11:00 am, it was super cold and I was missing an item. Even if it’s a time that they are not busy they still make you wait for way too long!

Very dismissive people. No one wanted to or attempted to help out everyone passed the buck. I tried to use the app rewards to purchase food and experienced an error. as a homeless person who barely eats I was just trying to get help on how to possibly get my points back but I guess since I didn’t have any money as a paying customer no one cared. Since my points are gone now I have no breakfast to eat.

Every time I order without mayonnaise, these people put twice the amount of mayonnaise and remove the lettuce. Why? It’s just ridiculous. I was the only one in line in the drive-through. There were no other customers and they still couldn’t get it right.
