I want to give 0 stars to the manager they have employed here. He works Friday nights between 10:30 pm and 11:15 pm. (Picture attached herewith) An incident happened regarding his girlfriend that started in the parking lot. She proceeded to call the person names and pull out pepper spray. She then followed this person inside of the building, as the customer yelled for her to stop following her. They both returned outside with her boyfriend (the manager). The couple would not leave her alone and the “girlfriend” then threw a punch in the customers direction. The manager would not allow his license plate to be read and refused to give his name. Customer began to reverse out of parking spot and the “manager” screamed “hit me!” Finally as they were pulling out onto west 117th the manager charged at the said vehicle.

I love this location and they did an awesome job. However, the app wouldn’t allow the specials to be ran in as well as me redeeming my points saying they weren’t available. so I purchased without the app and spent almost double to get similar things. Tech things are funny but I hope this gets fixed in the future. I abstained from rated them poorly as the location had nothing to do with the app

Machine did not print a receipt. I went to the counter and told the kid behind the counter who seemed I was bothering her , that i wanted a recipiet. All she was doing was playing with the other kids at the food dispenser area. She said oh okay and went back to gossip and giggle with them. Maybe if the manager was not running all the food to the cars he could see that they were not working. They shorted me on nuggets, a cheeseburger and my sauce in the dinner box.

1000% convinced all employees are engaged in a nonstop competition to see who can make the worst burger at the slowest pace. There are no other possibilities for how absurdly horrendous their service is. Sometimes I have to sit and chuckle at their dedication to disaster.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy is too clean of a word to describe this place. Food literally all over the floor in dining area. On top of tables, under tables. The back assembly line was even worse. As I watched them make my burger, my stomach turned & mind exploded with how ridiculous the whole situation was. I’ve NEVER left a restaurant review but felt compelled to after visiting this location. The WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Noticed the owners name on the wall, Jason Payne….He should prob set some higher standards. Trifling af.

Waited until over 30 mins in the drive thru. They refused to have the person at the pick up window pull off to the side in order to work on other orders. My food was cold by the time I got to the pick up window. Never again.

Made my order at 7:30 in drive through with two cars in it and was told I was waiting on the ham for my McMuffin. Pulled ahead. 7:45 someone strolls out and says still waiting on it. Said I had to leave because ill be late for work. No sorry, just an eye roll and a “well whatever we’re waiting.”

The service in place is absolutely braindead. The staff mess up the simplest tasks especially in drive thru, and take forever to give you your meal afterward. Most the time they have people wait in the front cause they cannot service.
