This is not a good McDonald’s. The building is an older model, which has its charms, but a recent counter pick-up experience was an absurd 15-minute ordeal of the staff outright ignoring people asking for updates on their orders. I don’t know what part of a snack wrap and a small fry takes 15 minutes to prepare – at the very start of lunch service, no less – but it was inexcusable.
You are a fast-food restaurant, you have two registers – have someone at least *pretending* to man the front counter and help customers get their orders. Apparently, that is too much to ask from this location.

McDonald’s never fails at making their food worse each year. An honestly unbelievable feat of greed. I just ordered delivery for first time in ages and now remember why. Their French fries once had a 10min shelf life. Now it’s down to 2 minutes, then inedible. My driver was here within 10 minutes of placing my order, so definitely NOT her fault for their poison food. I hate this franchise and am angry at myself for wanting a Coke so badly I gave them money, come was fine, the rest is in my trash, where it belongs.

Tables are gross and sticky, Floors are sticky and nasty, flies inside, the drain for the fountain drinks is gross and looks moldy, and ketchup packets on the floor, food on the floors, and highchairs left in the middle. Won’t return after today. Absolutely disgusted.

Good servers and staff. Such hard working girls. Just have an issue when I pay almost $5 for a freaking large fry, I expect my usual over flowing, or at least FULL fry carton. I never get McDonald’s, too expensive now a days, so when I do and when I spend so much money I would appreciate being taken care of. Not skimped on portions. Will think twice before going to this location.

Everytime I come here, I ask for no cheese, but of course, I get cheese. And ask for extra pickles, I get three in total. So, two pickles, I guess, is default. But what irritates me the most is that I stop by before work, so I don’t t have time to check and get it reordered. $7 for something I didn’t want.

I just came through not too long ago and my nuggets were hard. And my double cheese burger looks very, very sloppy. Other times I’ve come through is usually something wrong with my order but I just brush it off. The last time the iced coffee was made wrong. Very disappointed

I just went to this location and redeemed my points I had been saving up for a free large fry and was handed a stale ice cold fry , I politely asked the “manager” at the window if she could please replace them with a fresh fry before pulling away & she looked at me stupid – paused for a second to then continue and say yes I can do that turned around and not even a minute later handed me a bag with the same stale fries that had a few taken out and literally they took me as a joke. Once I pulled out after feeling the fries and tasting how disgusting they were I called to let a manger know about the poor service and food quality- and the person that answered the phone just so happened to not only be the manager but also the rude/ignorant order taker as well and made sure to interrupt me and inform she was indeed the person at the window and whom dropped these so called fresh fries that only took one minute to cook and were ice cold – insulting my intelligence by telling me that there was probably something wrong with the fryer but if I wanted to come back she could remake those for me using a different fryer – are you serious? Mcscuse me- and no thank you- never again!
